The best Aircall alternatives are JustCall, CloudTalk, Dialpad, RingCentral and Kixie if you want another cloud phone system, PhoneBurner if your reps dial one line all day, and Orum or Nooks if your SDR team wants parallel dialing. JustCall and CloudTalk are the closest match on price: 69 USD a seat a month with a power dialer, against Aircall’s 70.
Most pages that rank for this search are written by a phone-system vendor that ranks itself first. This one compares eight tools on the same fields, taken from each vendor’s own pricing and product pages between 27 September and 19 October 2026: what it is, outbound dialing, CRM integrations, published price, seat minimum, best for and where it falls short.
We make Scalelist, which finds the verified mobile numbers that dialers call. Scalelist is not a dialer, so it is not in the ranking. It shows up once, near the end, in the part vendor lists skip: the numbers your new dialer will ring.
Aircall alternatives compared at a glance
The eight Aircall alternatives split into phone systems with a dialer and dedicated outbound dialers. Here is each one on the same five fields, with Aircall as the reference row.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aircall (reference) | Phone system | Power Dialer on Professional | 70 USD (50 USD yearly) | 3 |

Prices are monthly billing from each vendor’s pricing page, US locale, with yearly billing in brackets where published.
Which Aircall alternative is best?
The best Aircall alternative is the one that fixes the specific thing Aircall does not do for your team. If the problem is price or the 3-seat minimum, JustCall Pro (69 USD, 2 seats minimum) is the closest swap. CloudTalk Expert matches it at 69 USD, and CloudTalk also sells the power dialer as a 15 USD add-on on its lower plans.
If you want one phone for the whole company, RingCentral and Dialpad cover calls, video and messaging, with sales dialing in a separate product. If your SDRs need more live conversations per hour, a parallel dialer such as Orum or Nooks does a different job than any phone system. If few people pick up, a new dialer will not fix it; better numbers will.
Why people look for Aircall alternatives
People look for Aircall alternatives when the outbound features they need sit on a higher plan, or when the seat math stops working for a small sales team. Aircall’s own pricing page shows where.
- The Power Dialer starts on Professional. Essentials (40 USD a month, 30 USD yearly) has no Power Dialer, no voicemail drop and no outbound call campaigns.
- Three licenses minimum. Both Essentials and Professional require 3 users; Enterprise requires 25. A two-person sales team pays for a third seat.
- Add-ons on top of the seat. AI Assist Pro is 49 USD per seat a month, Analytics+ 15 USD, and Aircall for Salesforce Voice 30 USD.
- Lines per rep are not defined. The feature table lists “Parallel calls” without saying how many lines one rep can dial at once.
- International outbound is priced separately. Domestic outbound is unlimited in the US and Canada; other destinations vary by rate.
To be fair to Aircall: it is a full phone system for sales and support on one platform.
It includes IVR, call recording and AI transcripts from Essentials up, 50 AI voice agent minutes a month on Essentials and Professional, and “250+ integrations”. Its Power Dialer page says it can pick up phone numbers from a prospect’s website and add them to the calling queue. If your support team lives in Aircall too, a dialer-only tool will not replace it.
How we picked these Aircall competitors
We kept tools that do Aircall’s outbound job for a B2B sales team, and checked every fact on the vendor’s own website.
- Outbound calling for sales teams, described on the vendor’s own site.
- Prices from the vendor’s pricing page, rendered in a browser with a US locale. Quote-only means “not published”.
- The same eight fields for every tool: what it is, outbound dialing, CRM integrations, published price, seat minimum, best for, where it falls short, and how it compares with Aircall.
- Grouped by job, because a parallel dialer and a phone system are not interchangeable.
We left out tools we did not verify on their own sites in this round, such as Nextiva, Talkdesk and Zoom Phone. Our Kixie alternatives guide covers two self-serve parallel dialers, Salesfinity and Trellus.

Phone systems with a dialer: Dialpad, JustCall, CloudTalk, RingCentral and Kixie
A cloud phone system gives every rep business numbers, inbound routing and texting, with a power dialer on a higher plan or as an add-on. These five are the like-for-like swaps for Aircall.
1. Dialpad
- What it is: A business communications platform with AI features. Dialpad Sell is its outbound sales product, with a power dialer, local presence and real-time AI coaching.
- Outbound dialing: A power dialer (“Get a power dialer and more with Dialpad Sell”). Lines per rep: not published.
- CRM integrations: Salesforce and HubSpot on Sell, plus Zendesk, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.
- Published price: Sell Essentials is 49 USD per user a month, or 39 USD billed yearly. Sell Advanced is 110 USD, or 95 USD yearly. The pricing cards do not say which Sell plan first includes the power dialer (Dialpad pricing).
- Seat minimum: Not published.
- Best for: Teams that want power dialing with live AI guidance inside a full phone platform.
- Where it falls short: Local presence and voicemail drop start on Sell Advanced, which is sold through sales. Sell Premium is annual only, per Dialpad’s FAQ.
- Compared with Aircall: Cheaper to start if the dialer is on Sell Essentials, but you have to ask. Dialpad lists fewer CRMs on Sell than Aircall’s 250+ integrations.
2. JustCall
- What it is: A cloud phone and texting platform for sales and support teams, with power and predictive dialers and AI coaching.
- Outbound dialing: Power dialer on Pro. Predictive and dynamic dialers on the quote-only SalesPro plan, where the predictive dialer can “dial up to 10 numbers at once”.
- CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close and Copper, plus Apollo.io, Outreach and Salesloft.
- Published price: Pro, the first plan with the power dialer, is 69 USD per user a month, or 49 USD billed yearly. Team is 39 USD without the power dialer (JustCall pricing).
- Seat minimum: 2 licenses (10 on Business).
- Best for: Small and mid-market teams that want phone, texting and a power dialer for one seat price, with predictive dialing as an upgrade.
- Where it falls short: Predictive dialing is quote-only. Included calling excludes international and toll-free calls, and the texting allowance excludes bulk campaigns and automations.
- Compared with Aircall: The closest swap. 1 USD cheaper per seat on Pro, one fewer seat required, and a two-week trial with no credit card.
3. CloudTalk
- What it is: A cloud business phone system for sales and support teams, with preview, power and parallel dialers and AI voice agents.
- Outbound dialing: Preview and power dialer included on Expert, or a 15 USD per user add-on (billed yearly) on the lower plans. A parallel dialer add-on can “dial up to 10 numbers at once” for 39 USD per user a month billed yearly.
- CRM integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk and Gong among “95+ standard” integrations. Starter has none, and the Salesforce Ecosystem Integration is on Expert only.
- Published price: Starter is 34 USD per user a month, Essential 39 USD and Expert 69 USD, or 25, 29 and 49 USD billed yearly (CloudTalk pricing).
- Seat minimum: 1 on Starter and Essential, 3 on Expert.
- Best for: Teams that want to start on a cheap phone seat and add a power or parallel dialer only for the reps who call.
- Where it falls short: The parallel dialer is an add-on on every plan, yearly billing “comes with a 12-month commitment”, and CloudTalk bills in advance with no refunds for partial months.
- Compared with Aircall: Same 3-seat minimum on the top plan, but a one-seat route to a power dialer: Essential plus the add-on is 44 USD a month on yearly billing.
4. RingCentral
- What it is: A business communications platform. RingEX is its cloud phone, messaging and video product. RingCX is its AI contact center, where its outbound dialing modes live.
- Outbound dialing: RingCentral describes “four AI-powered dialing options available to RingCX users”: predictive, progressive, preview and voice broadcast. Our predictive dialer guide explains when a B2B team needs one.
- CRM integrations: CRM integrations start on RingEX Advanced. Its app gallery lists Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM apps.
- Published price: RingEX Core is 30 USD per user a month, or 20 USD billed yearly; Advanced is 35 USD, or 25 USD yearly (1 to 5 users). RingCX is listed “Starting at $65/user” without the billing period (RingCentral pricing).
- Seat minimum: Not published.
- Best for: Companies that want one phone, video and messaging platform for every team, with a contact center for heavy outbound.
- Where it falls short: Sales dialing sits in a second product. The bundles with AI coaching and call scoring are “Contact us for pricing”.
- Compared with Aircall: Cheaper for a company-wide phone, but no single plan matches Aircall Professional’s phone plus Power Dialer.
5. Kixie
- What it is: A revenue communication platform for sales teams: business calling and texting, a single-line or multi-line PowerDialer, local presence and two-way CRM integration.
- Outbound dialing: Single-Line or Multi-Line PowerDialer; the Multi-Line plan can “PowerDial up to 4 lines”. Voicemail drop and call recording are on every plan.
- CRM integrations: Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and HighLevel, plus Close, Copper and monday.com.
- Published price: Not published. The Kixie pricing page lists three plans without a figure. The trial runs 7 days with no credit card.
- Seat minimum: Not published.
- Best for: SMB sales teams on HighLevel, Pipedrive or Zoho that want texting and a multi-line power dialer in one seat.
- Where it falls short: No public price. AI human voice detection, ConnectionBoost (with local presence) and conversation intelligence are premium add-ons.
- Compared with Aircall: More lines per rep and voicemail drop on every plan, but you need a sales call to see the price. The Kixie alternatives guide linked above compares it with more dialers.
Outbound dialers: PhoneBurner, Orum and Nooks
An outbound dialer replaces only the calling part of Aircall. It has no inbound routing or support queues, so it fits teams that keep a separate phone system or do not need one. Our pages on power dialers compared and how parallel dialers work go deeper on each type.
6. PhoneBurner
- What it is: A single-line power dialer for outbound teams, with a built-in CRM, local presence and number-reputation add-ons.
- Outbound dialing: Power dialing one line at a time (“PhoneBurner is a single-line dialer”), plus click-to-call.
- CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Close and HighLevel among “150+ integrations”, plus its own CRM.
- Published price: Standard is 165 USD per user a month, or 140 USD billed yearly. Professional is 195 USD and Premium 215 USD (PhoneBurner pricing).
- Seat minimum: Not published.
- Best for: Reps who dial one prospect at a time for hours, often from inside their CRM.
- Where it falls short: No multi-line dialing by design. Local presence needs approval, texting is on Premium only, and add-on prices are not listed.
- Compared with Aircall: More than twice the seat price of Aircall Professional, for a tool built only for outbound.
7. Orum
- What it is: An AI parallel and power dialer for outbound SDR teams, with live-answer detection, phone data agents and AI coaching.
- Outbound dialing: “Run up to 5 lines at once with parallel dialing”, plus power dialing, click to call and one-off dialing.
- CRM integrations: Salesforce and HubSpot, plus Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage and Apollo.
- Published price: Not published. Pricing is “based on package type and number of users”, and the trial is limited to 500 dials (Orum pricing).
- Seat minimum: 9.
- Best for: SDR teams of 9 or more reps making high-volume cold calls from Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft.
- Where it falls short: The 9-seat minimum, no public price, and AI Coaching sold as an add-on.
- Compared with Aircall: Built only for outbound volume, with data enrichment in the plan. It does not replace Aircall’s inbound lines.
8. Nooks
- What it is: An AI sales platform built around a parallel dialer, with AI sequencing, coaching and contact data sold as modules.
- Outbound dialing: Parallel, multi-line and power dialing with AI answer detection. Lines per rep: not published.
- CRM integrations: Salesforce and HubSpot, logging “calls, notes, and next steps automatically”, plus Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Apollo and Clay.
- Published price: Not published. Every plan is a custom quote (Nooks pricing).
- Seat minimum: Not published.
- Best for: SDR teams that want parallel dialing, mobile number enrichment and AI coaching from one vendor.
- Where it falls short: No public price or plan tiers, and the number of parallel lines is not published.
- Compared with Aircall: More conversations per rep hour is the pitch. For how it compares with its closest rival, see Orum vs Nooks.
What does an Aircall alternative cost per seat?
On monthly billing, a seat with a power dialer costs 69 USD on JustCall Pro and CloudTalk Expert, 70 USD on Aircall Professional and 165 USD on PhoneBurner Standard. Kixie, Orum and Nooks publish no price.

For 5 reps on monthly billing, that comes to 345 USD a month on JustCall Pro or CloudTalk Expert, 350 USD on Aircall Professional and 825 USD on PhoneBurner Standard. Three things move the real number:
- Seat minimums. 2 at JustCall, 3 at Aircall and CloudTalk Expert, 9 at Orum.
- Which plan holds the dialer. Aircall Essentials (40 USD) and JustCall Team (39 USD) have no power dialer. CloudTalk sells it as a 15 USD add-on below Expert.
- Add-ons. Aircall’s AI Assist Pro (49 USD) and Salesforce Voice (30 USD), CloudTalk’s parallel dialer (39 USD), Kixie’s premium add-ons.
For a wider view of the stack around the dialer, see our guide to the best cold calling software and the breakdown of auto dialer types and costs.
The data layer under any dialer
A dialer makes calls faster. It does not decide who answers. That depends on the numbers you load, and six of the eight alternatives here, like Aircall, sell no contact data: they dial what you give them.

- Connect rates are low on average. In Gong’s analysis of 300M+ cold calls (2024), the average rep connects on 5.4% of dials, about 19 dials per conversation.
- Mobiles answer more often. In Nooks’ analysis of nearly 3 million dials (2025), mobile numbers had a 45% higher connect rate than non-mobile numbers.
So the real switching question for an outbound team is often not “which dialer?” but “which numbers?”. If your reps reach switchboards and wrong numbers on Aircall, they will reach the same ones on JustCall. Our connect rate benchmarks by number type show how much the number type changes the result.

Orum includes data enrichment in its plan and Nooks sells a mobile enrichment module. For every other tool, the numbers come from your CRM or a data tool.
In our own provider benchmark, Scalelist found a phone number for 87% of a North American test list. That is our test, so run your own list too. A mobile costs 1.16 USD on the 29 USD plan and about 0.65 USD on the 649 USD plan. Already have names in Aircall or your CRM? The Mobile Finder adds mobiles to a CSV.
Scalelist has no native dialer connector. Export a CSV or push leads to HubSpot, then load them into Aircall or any tool above. The steps per dialer are in send Scalelist mobiles to your dialer, and every connector is on the Scalelist integrations page.
Describe the people your team calls and load verified mobiles into Aircall or any alternative, paid only when a number is found.
Find your first 20 contactsHow to choose an Aircall alternative
Choose an Aircall alternative by naming the one gap Aircall leaves, then trialing the two tools that close it on the same list.

- Name the gap. Price, seat minimum, more lines per rep, a company-wide phone, or low connect rates.
- Decide what you are replacing. The whole phone system (Dialpad, JustCall, CloudTalk, RingCentral, Kixie) or only the outbound dialer (PhoneBurner, Orum, Nooks).
- Price the seat you would actually buy. The plan that includes the dialer, times the seat minimum, plus add-ons.
- Check your CRM on the vendor’s own integrations page. Salesforce and HubSpot are on every list here; Pipedrive, Zoho and HighLevel are not.
- Run the same 100 contacts through each trial and count live conversations, not dials. JustCall and CloudTalk trials run two weeks, Kixie’s 7 days, Orum’s 500 dials.
- Fix the numbers before you blame the dialer. If the trial connects as badly as Aircall did, the list is the problem.
Calling rules apply whichever dialer you pick, so read our guide to B2B cold calling laws before you load a list. For the rest of the playbook, see our complete cold calling guide.
Build the call list before your dialer trial starts: see how many buyers match, then pay 20 credits only for each mobile found.

What are the best Aircall alternatives?
The best Aircall alternatives are JustCall, CloudTalk, Dialpad, RingCentral and Kixie as cloud phone systems, PhoneBurner as a single-line power dialer, and Orum or Nooks as parallel dialers for SDR teams. JustCall Pro and CloudTalk Expert are the closest swaps on price, at 69 USD a seat a month with a power dialer against Aircall Professional’s 70 USD.
How much does Aircall cost?
Aircall Essentials costs 40 USD per license a month, or 30 USD billed yearly, and Professional costs 70 USD, or 50 USD yearly, with a 3-license minimum on both. The Power Dialer starts on Professional. Enterprise is a custom price with a 25-license minimum. Add-ons such as AI Assist Pro (49 USD) and Salesforce Voice (30 USD) are per seat.
Is Aircall a unicorn?
Yes. Aircall reached unicorn status in June 2021, when it raised a 120 million USD Series D led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. TechCrunch reported a valuation above 1 billion USD and called it the 16th French unicorn. We have not checked any later valuation, and funding says nothing about which phone system fits your team.
What are the key differences between RingCentral and Aircall?
RingCentral is a company-wide communications platform. RingEX covers phone, video and messaging from 30 USD a user a month, and its outbound dialing modes (predictive, progressive, preview) are RingCX features. Aircall is a phone system for sales and support teams, with its Power Dialer on Professional at 70 USD a license a month and a 3-license minimum.
Is Aircall a CRM?
No. Aircall is a cloud phone system, not a CRM. It connects to CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho among its 250+ integrations, and your contact records stay in that CRM. PhoneBurner is the one tool on this page that ships a built-in CRM of its own.
Is Aircall good?
Yes, for teams that run sales and support on one phone system and use its CRM integrations. It is less suited to small outbound teams: the Power Dialer starts on Professional at 70 USD a license a month, every plan needs 3 licenses, and Aircall does not publish how many lines one rep can dial at once.
Does switching dialers improve connect rates?
Rarely on its own. A parallel dialer such as Orum or Nooks puts more live calls in front of a rep per hour, but who answers depends on the numbers you load. In Gong’s data the average rep connects on 5.4% of dials, and Nooks found mobiles connect 45% more often than other numbers. Fix the numbers first.
