Braemar Hotels & Resorts is a conservatively capitalized REIT that invests primarily in high RevPAR, full-service luxury hotels and resorts. We are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BHR and are externally-advised by Ashford Inc.
Our strategy is to invest primarily in full-service luxury hotels and resorts which are anticipated to generate RevPAR of at least twice the current U.S. average RevPAR for all hotels as determined by Smith Travel Research. We will seek to acquire both premium branded and independent hotels.
