Step 1: Export Your LinkedIn Connections
Head to your LinkedIn account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner:
→ Settings & Privacy:

→ Get a copy of your data:
You’ll see an option to download a larger data archive.
Select the full archive (you’ll need it to get access to your “Connections” CSV file)
Once LinkedIn emails you the archive, unzip the file and look for “connections.csv”
This file includes:

Open it in Google Sheets or Excel.
Step 2: Clean and Format the File
Let’s be real: most of the emails in that CSV are personal.
And most of your connections probably didn’t allow LinkedIn to export them.
So you’ll likely end up with a lot of missing or useless emails.
