Contents

The main Lead411 competitors are UpLead, Apollo.io, Lusha, RocketReach, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Cognism, SalesIntel, Seamless.AI and Scalelist. Six of them publish a price you can pay today. Four make you ask for a quote.

Every list that ranks on Google for this search was written by a company selling a rival. We read the Cognism, ZoomInfo and UpLead lists on 16 October 2026, and each one puts its own product at number 1. Lead411’s own list of alternatives, also on page one, is dated 2022.

This page gives all ten the same fields, from their own pricing pages: price model and entry price, contract terms, direct dials, email verification and intent signals. We make Scalelist. It is listed last, and its entry says where it loses.

Lead411 competitors compared at a glance

Lead411 is the cheapest of the published prices per record, and its intent data comes only with an annual plan. Every alternative trades one of those two things for something else.

Six publish a price you can pay today. Only Lusha and RocketReach sell intent on a monthly plan.

Which Lead411 competitor is the best alternative?

The best Lead411 alternative depends on what made you look: the intent data that only comes on an annual plan, the export caps, or numbers that do not connect. Each of those points to a different tool.

If you want intent signals without an annual plan, Lusha lists five buying intent topics on its 49.90 USD monthly Starter plan. If you mostly email and want the sequencer in the same tool, Apollo.io is the simpler buy.

If your reps live on the phone and want to pay only for numbers that come back, Scalelist charges 20 credits per mobile found and nothing on a miss. If you want one annual contract covering data, intent and services, ZoomInfo, Cognism and SalesIntel all sell that, on a quote.

How much does Lead411 cost?

Lead411 costs 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports on its Spark plan, or 490 USD a year for 12,000 exports with buyer intent data included. That is what its pricing page showed when we rendered it on 16 October 2026.

Lead411 pricing table: Pilot Light trial 50 exports for 7 days, Spark 49 USD a month or 490 USD a year, Ignite from 150 USD a month, Blaze quoted with unlimited exports
Spark is the cheap entry, but intent only arrives when you pay for the year.
  • Pilot Light trial: 0 USD for 7 days, 50 exports, direct phone numbers included.
  • Spark: 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports, or 490 USD a year for 12,000. Intent comes only with the annual version.
  • Ignite: “Starting At” 150 USD a month or 1,500 USD a year. Adds API access. Intent is an add-on on the annual plan. Lead411’s FAQ says Ignite “pricing varies based on team size and features”.
  • Blaze: “Let’s Chat”. Unlimited exports a year, API access, intent optional. Annual only.

Two things on that page change the math in Lead411’s favor. Every plan says “Direct Phone Numbers Included”, so a phone number does not cost extra. And “All unused exports rollover to your next billing cycle”, so a quiet month is not wasted.

Why people look for Lead411 alternatives

Most teams look for Lead411 alternatives because of how the plans are cut, not because the price is high. The entry plan is cheap, and the features people buy Lead411 for sit on other plans.

  • Intent needs an annual commitment. The pricing page says it in one line: “Buyer Intent and Unlimited Data is available on Annual Subscriptions.”
  • Exports are capped. Spark monthly stops at 1,000 exports. Lead411’s homepage FAQ says it “offers unlimited lead searches and exports on most plans”, while the pricing page shows unlimited exports only on Blaze.
  • API access starts at Ignite. If you want to pull data into your own tools, the entry price becomes at least 150 USD a month, then quoted.
  • The miss rule is not published. Lead411 does not say whether an export that comes back without a phone number still counts against the 1,000.
  • Cancelling annual plans is a conversation. “You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. For annual plans, reach out to the support team to review your options.”

To be fair to Lead411: no other published price on this page gets you a contact with an email and a direct dial for about 5 cents. Its emails are “verified using SMTP, human-verified, and email open validation” and “re-verified every 3-6 months”. Leaving costs you that.

How we picked these Lead411 alternatives

We started from the tools named on the lists that rank for this search, then kept the ones that sell the same thing Lead411 sells: a named person at a US company with a work email and a phone number.

  • Same job: a verified work email plus a direct dial or mobile number. Company-only data and pure intent providers are out.
  • Same fields: what it is, price model and entry price, contract terms, direct dials, email verification, intent signals, best for, where it falls short. No vendor gets a field it happens to win on.
  • Published price only: every price was read from the vendor’s own pricing page in a browser. Quote only means “not published”, and we say so.
  • Same unit for cost: one contact where the email and the phone number both come back, on the cheapest paid plan that includes phones, billed monthly.
  • Evidence labeled: coverage numbers come only from our own published benchmark, and only for the tools that were in it. Everything else is a vendor claim and is written as one.

The 10 best Lead411 alternatives in 2026

Tools 1 to 5 publish a self-serve price. Tools 6 to 9 are sold on a quote. Tool 10 is ours.

  • Best for: Teams that mostly email, call selectively and want data and sequences on one invoice.

  • Direct dials: Yes. “Email = 1 Credit”, “Phone number = 10 Credits”.
  • Email verification: Multi-layer verification, with emails labeled “Verified” or “Verified-Likely”.

  • What it is: ZoomInfo is the enterprise B2B data platform, selling contacts, companies and intent on custom-quoted contracts, with a free ZoomInfo Lite tier.

8. SalesIntel

  • What it is: SalesIntel sells human-verified B2B contact data, including direct dials, with buying signals, advertising and sequencing around it, on quoted contracts.

10. Scalelist

  • What it is: Scalelist is an AI Lead Finder. You describe the people you want in one plain-English sentence, see how many match before you spend anything, then get them with verified work emails and mobile numbers. The same credits work over the API and the Scalelist MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
  • Price model and entry price: Credits, charged only on success. 29 USD a month for 500 credits up to 649 USD for 20,000, with custom plans above that. 1 credit per lead found, 1 per email found, 20 per mobile found. New accounts get 20 free credits, no credit card required.
  • Contract terms: No seats and no annual contract. Yearly billing gives 2 months free. Unused credits roll over up to 2x the monthly allocation while you are subscribed.
  • Direct dials: Mobile numbers, at 20 credits each, only when one is found.
  • Email verification: Every email is verified before it is returned and labeled Valid or Risky. Not found costs nothing.
  • Intent signals: Not offered. Scalelist does not sell intent data.
  • Best for: Teams that call as much as they email and want the bill to follow results, not seats.
  • Where it falls short: At the entry plan it is the dearest per contact on this page, about 1.28 USD against 5 cents on Lead411. It has no intent data, no sequencer and no dialer, and HubSpot is the only native CRM.

Which Lead411 alternatives include intent data?

Eight of the ten alternatives sell intent signals, and only two put them on a plan you can buy month to month: Lusha from its Starter plan and RocketReach on Ultimate. Everywhere else, intent means an annual plan, a quote or an add-on.

Table of where intent data sits for Lead411 and 10 competitors: Lusha Starter and RocketReach Ultimate monthly, Lead411 Spark annual, Apollo.io Organization annual, Scalelist none
If intent is the reason you bought Lead411, only two alternatives sell it without a yearly plan.

If intent is the reason you bought Lead411, compare like with like. Lead411’s annual Spark plan at 490 USD a year includes it. Lusha’s Starter plan billed yearly is 37.45 USD a month and lists 5 intent topics. Apollo.io asks for its Organization plan, with 3 seats on an annual contract. For what intent signals are and how teams use them, see our guide to B2B intent data.

What one contact costs on each Lead411 alternative

One US contact with a verified email and a direct dial costs about 5 cents on Lead411 and between 23 cents and 1.28 USD on the other published prices. Four tools do not publish a price at all.

Bar chart of the cost of one US contact with email and direct dial: Lead411 0.05 USD, Apollo.io 0.23, RocketReach 0.40, UpLead 0.58, Lusha 0.75, LeadIQ 1.10, Scalelist 1.28
Lead411 wins on price per record. Read it next to what each vendor charges when the number does not come back.

The unit is the cheapest paid plan that includes phone numbers, billed monthly, at list price, counted only when both the email and the number come back. On Lead411, UpLead and RocketReach, one export or lookup carries both. On Apollo.io, Lusha, LeadIQ and Scalelist, the phone number costs extra credits.

The price per number you pay for is not the price per number you get. A cheap credit spent on a contact with no mobile is still spent, unless the vendor refunds it. Ask every vendor on your shortlist what a miss costs before you compare these bars.

Why Scalelist fits teams that call, and when it does not

Scalelist is the pay-for-what-is-found option. The credit price is fixed by the plan, and nothing is charged when there is no email or number to return.

That matters because coverage decides how many numbers you actually dial. We ran the same founder list through eight providers in four regions and published the raw data in our B2B data provider benchmark. Apollo.io is the only other tool on this page that was in it.

Comparison on the same North America founder list: Apollo.io found an email for 77 percent and a phone for 50 percent, Scalelist 92 percent and 87 percent
Our own test, so run 100 of your own contacts through any two tools before you decide.

On the North America list, Scalelist found an email for 92% and a phone number for 87%. Apollo.io found an email for 77% and a phone number for 50%. It is our own test, so run your own before you sign anything. Our method for testing a data provider runs the same 100 contacts through every tool and counts connected calls, not rows.

Finding people works differently too. You do not set search criteria. You write one sentence, and the AI Lead Finder shows what it understood and how many people match, for free, before you reveal anyone.

Illustration of a Scalelist Lead Finder search for VPs of Sales at Texas logistics companies, showing what it understood, free sizing, and contacts with Valid or Risky emails and mobiles
Illustration of a Lead Finder search with fictional people: you describe the buyer, and the count is free.

Where Scalelist is not the right pick: if intent signals drive your list, Lead411, Lusha and the quoted platforms sell them and we do not. If you mostly need emails in volume, Lead411 is cheaper per record. If you want data, sequences and a dialer on one invoice, Apollo.io is the simpler buy.

Calling US mobile numbers comes with rules that apply to you, not to your data vendor. We cover them in B2B cold calling laws. This page is not legal advice.

How to choose a Lead411 alternative

Choose by the thing that made you leave. The feature lists on these ten tools look alike. The billing rules do not.

Decision tree for choosing a Lead411 alternative: Lusha for monthly intent, Apollo.io for email plus sequences, ZoomInfo, Cognism or SalesIntel for one annual platform, Scalelist for teams that call
Start from the reason you are leaving. If it is only price, Lead411 is still hard to beat.
  1. Count last quarter’s exports. Contacts actually exported, not searches. That number sizes the plan and makes every quote comparable.
  2. Decide if intent is a must. If yes, your real choice is an annual plan (Lead411, Apollo.io, UpLead, ZoomInfo) or a monthly one at Lusha or RocketReach Ultimate.
  3. Split emails from phone numbers. Lead411, UpLead and RocketReach bundle the two. Apollo.io charges 8 credits for a phone, Lusha 5, LeadIQ 10 and Scalelist 20.
  4. Ask what a miss costs. RocketReach refunds the lookup, Scalelist charges nothing, UpLead’s API skips the credit for a bad email, and Lusha’s API takes a credit even with no result. Lead411 does not publish its rule.
  5. Ask what happens to unused credits. Lead411 rolls exports over, Scalelist rolls over up to 2x the monthly allocation, Lusha resets annual credits, and ZoomInfo credits expire with the term.
  6. Price seats apart from data. Apollo.io and ZoomInfo charge per seat and Cognism packages five. The rest let one person buy.
  7. Run the same 100 contacts through your top two. Count calls that connect. The head-to-head pages on the Scalelist blog cover most pairs.

If what you actually need is company records and credit data rather than people to call, that is a different category. Our page on Dun and Bradstreet competitors covers it.

FAQ

Who are Lead411’s main competitors?

Lead411’s main competitors are UpLead, Apollo.io, Lusha, RocketReach and LeadIQ, which publish self-serve prices, and ZoomInfo, Cognism, SalesIntel and Seamless.AI, which sell on a quote. Scalelist is the pay-per-found option for teams that call. UpLead is the closest match to Lead411’s model, because one credit returns the email and the mobile direct dial together.

How much does a subscription to Lead411 cost?

A Lead411 subscription starts at 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports on the Spark plan, or 490 USD a year for 12,000 exports with buyer intent data. Ignite starts at 150 USD a month or 1,500 USD a year and adds API access. Blaze, with unlimited exports, is quoted. There is a 7-day trial with 50 exports. Prices are from Lead411’s pricing page on 16 October 2026.

Is Lead411 good?

Yes, for a small US outbound team that wants cheap records. Lead411 includes direct phone numbers on every plan, rolls unused exports over, and costs about 5 cents per contact on Spark. The limits are structural: intent data only on annual plans, a 1,000-export cap on monthly Spark, API access from Ignite, and no published rule on whether an export without a phone still counts.

What is the cheapest Lead411 alternative?

Per contact, none of the published prices beats Lead411 itself at about 5 cents. Among the alternatives, Apollo.io is cheapest at about 23 cents for an email plus a phone on Basic billed monthly. LeadIQ has the lowest entry price at 20 USD a month. Scalelist starts at 29 USD a month and charges nothing when no email or mobile is found.

Which Lead411 competitors include intent data?

Eight of the ten do. Lusha lists 5 intent topics from its Starter plan, monthly or yearly. RocketReach includes intent on Ultimate. Apollo.io lists 12 topics on its annual Organization plan, UpLead on annual Professional, Cognism on Pro, ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI as add-ons, and SalesIntel on a quote. LeadIQ does not publish intent pricing, and Scalelist does not sell intent data.

What is the best B2B contact database right now?

There is no single best B2B contact database, and any vendor that names one is naming itself. For cheap US records with intent on an annual plan, Lead411. For email-led teams with a sequencer, Apollo.io. For enterprise contracts with intent, ZoomInfo or Cognism. For teams that call and want to pay only for mobiles found, Scalelist. Test two of them on your own accounts.

Can Scalelist replace Lead411?

For contacts with verified emails and mobile numbers, yes. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, charges 1 credit per lead, 1 per email and 20 per mobile, only when found, with no seats and no annual commitment, plus an API and an MCP server. It does not replace Lead411’s intent data, and on the entry plan it costs more per contact.
