The best LeadIQ alternatives for verified emails and mobile numbers are Scalelist, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Seamless.AI, RocketReach, UpLead and Lead411. Six of them publish a price you can pay today. Three sell on a quote.
Most lists that rank for this search were written by sequencers and outreach tools that put themselves first. This one compares contact data vendors only, because that is what a LeadIQ buyer is paying for: an email and a mobile number for a named person, at a cost you can predict.
Every vendor gets the same fields, taken from its own pricing page: price model, entry price, mobile numbers, email verification and contract terms. We make Scalelist, one of the nine, and its entry says where it loses.
Why people look for LeadIQ alternatives
People look for LeadIQ alternatives when the phone numbers, the seat cap or the search limits start to cost more than the entry price suggested. LeadIQ’s own pricing page shows all three.

- Phones cost ten times an email. “Email = 1 Credit”, “Phone number = 10 Credits”. The 200-credit Pro tier buys the whole team 20 phone numbers a month.
- Pro stops at 5 users. Every Pro tier shows “5 users included”. A sixth rep means Enterprise, which is “Contact us” and “Annual plan only”.
- Database search is limited below Enterprise. The plan comparison lists “Limited Access” for prospecting through LeadIQ’s database search on two plans.
- CRM fit. LeadIQ ships a Salesforce managed package and integrates with Outreach and Salesloft. Its integration list shows HubSpot through Workato.
To be fair to LeadIQ: the entry price is low, there is a 50-credit plan at 0 USD, and the pricing page offers a 30-day trial of any plan. Over its MCP connector, misses cost nothing and “If you unlocked a data point in the past year, looking it up again is free.”
How much is LeadIQ?
LeadIQ costs 0 USD on Free (1 user, 50 credits), 15 to 217.69 USD a month on Pro billed annually, or 20 to 290.25 USD billed monthly, and a custom annual quote on Enterprise, as of October 2026. Annual billing is 25% off.
The credit tier decides the bill, not the seat count. The entry tier is 200 credits a month and the top Pro tier is 6,750. Our full breakdown of LeadIQ pricing and credits lists all 12 Pro tiers and what one phone costs on each.
LeadIQ alternatives compared at a glance
The nine alternatives split into two groups: six with a price on the page and three that sell through sales. Here is how each is billed.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| LeadIQ | Universal credits | 20 USD/mo, 200 credits | 10 credits each | Pro monthly or annual; Enterprise annual only |

| Apollo.io | Per seat + credits | 65 USD/seat/mo, 2,500 credits | 8 credits each | Monthly or annual; Organization annual |
| Lusha | Credits | 49.90 USD/mo, 400 credits | 5 credits each | Monthly or yearly, cancel anytime |
| ZoomInfo | Quote only | Not published | On paid plans | Annual, seat minimum |

| UpLead | 1 credit per contact | 99 USD/mo, 170 credits | Included | Monthly, no contract |
| Lead411 | Exports | 49 USD/mo, 1,000 exports | Included | Monthly or annual |

The second half of the comparison is what you get back, and what happens when nothing comes back.

| LeadIQ | Scored and “multi-layer verification”; Verified and Verified-Likely | No, over MCP; a returned email is charged “whatever its verification status” |
| Scalelist | Every email verified before it is returned, labeled Valid or Risky | No, never |
| Apollo.io | “Seven-step verification process” | No, in its own data; mobile credits never refunded |
| Lusha | “Verified emails & phones”; labels not published | Partly: the API takes 1 credit with no result |
| ZoomInfo | Machine learning, partners and “300+ human researchers”; labels not published | Not published |
| Cognism | “AI scans metadata to verify email addresses”; labels not published | Not published |
| Seamless.AI | “Real-time verified data” | Credit refunded on bad emails |

Which LeadIQ alternative is best?
The best LeadIQ alternative depends on how much your reps call. If they mostly email, the cheapest switch is Apollo.io or Lusha, which price an email at 1 credit and a phone at 8 or 5.
If they call as much as they email, pick a tool where the number is either bundled into the record (Lead411, UpLead) or charged only when it is found (Scalelist). If you need more than 5 users on one annual contract with intent data, ZoomInfo and Cognism are the like-for-like enterprise swaps, at a price you have to ask for.
How we picked these LeadIQ alternatives
We kept only tools that do LeadIQ’s core job: return a work email and a phone number for a named person at a US company, on a plan an SDR team can buy.
- Contact data vendors only. Sequencers, outreach automation and social-network automation tools are out, even where they rank for this search.
- Same fields for every tool: what it is, price model, entry price, mobile numbers, email verification, contract terms, best for, where it falls short.
- Prices from the vendor’s own page, read in a browser. Quote-only means “not published”.
- Evidence labeled. Coverage numbers come only from our own published benchmark, and only for tools that were in it. Everything else is the vendor’s claim, written as one.
The 9 best LeadIQ alternatives in 2026
Tools 1 to 3 publish per-credit pricing like LeadIQ. Tools 4 to 6 are quoted. Tools 7 to 9 bundle the phone into a lookup, credit or export.
1. Scalelist
- What it is: Scalelist is an AI Lead Finder. You describe the people you want in one plain-English sentence, see how many match before you spend anything, then get them with verified work emails and mobile numbers.
- Price model: Credits, charged on success: 1 per lead found, 1 per email found, 20 per mobile found. A miss costs 0.
- Entry price: 29 USD a month for 500 credits, up to 649 USD for 20,000, custom above that. Yearly billing is 2 months free. New accounts get 20 free credits, no credit card required.
- Mobile numbers: Yes, 20 credits per mobile found, about 1.16 USD on the entry plan and about 0.65 USD on the 20,000-credit plan.
- Email verification: Every email is verified before it is returned and labeled Valid or Risky. Not found costs nothing.
- Contract terms: Monthly, no per-seat pricing, no annual contract required. Unused credits roll over up to 2x the monthly allocation while subscribed.
- Best for: SDR and LDR teams that call as much as they email and want the bill to follow results, not seats.
- Where it falls short: A mobile costs more credits than on any other tool here, there is no sequencer or dialer, and HubSpot is the only native CRM (others through Zapier or the API).

2. Apollo.io

- Price model: Per seat plus credits. An email costs 1 credit, a phone number 8.

- Best for: Teams that mostly email, call selectively, and want the sequencer in the same tool.

- Contract terms: “ZoomInfo paid plans are annual subscriptions”, billed upfront, with a minimum number of seats.

What one found contact really costs
A found contact with an email and a mobile costs from 5 cents on Lead411 to 128 cents on Scalelist at entry list prices. At the largest self-serve plans the spread narrows to 21 to 71 cents.

On LeadIQ, the same contact costs 110 cents on the 20 USD tier and 47 cents on the top Pro tier. So at volume LeadIQ is cheaper than Scalelist per contact, and we will not pretend otherwise.
The number that matters is the price per number you actually get back. A cheap reveal that returns a switchboard, or nothing, still costs a rep a dial. That is why the miss rule in the second table matters as much as the list price.
Why Scalelist fits teams that call, and when it does not
Scalelist is built for the part of the job LeadIQ’s buyers care about most: a verified email and a mobile number for the right people, priced per result found. Three things are different.
You start from a sentence, not a browser tab. LeadIQ captures prospects while a rep browses. Scalelist’s Lead Finder starts from a description of the buyer, shows what it understood and how many people match, and only then asks you to spend credits.

The bill tracks results, not seats. No per-seat pricing, no annual contract, and nothing charged when a mobile is not found. A team of 12 SDRs pays for the mobiles it gets, not for an Enterprise quote.
Coverage is published. We ran the same founder list through eight providers in four regions and published the raw data in our B2B data provider benchmark. LeadIQ was not in it, so we cannot claim we beat it. Apollo.io was.

On the North America list, Scalelist found a phone number for 87% and Apollo.io for 50%. In APAC it was 75% against 8%.
Where Scalelist is not the right pick: if your reps live in Salesforce and want one-click capture into Outreach or Salesloft, LeadIQ is built for that and we are not. If you mostly need emails in volume, Apollo.io and Lead411 are cheaper. If you need intent data and a dialer on one contract, ZoomInfo sells that and we do not.
Calling mobile numbers comes with rules that apply to your team, whichever vendor you use. We cover them in B2B cold calling laws. This page is not legal advice.
Take 20 names from your last LeadIQ export and see how many mobiles come back, paid only when one is found.
Find your first 20 contactsHow to choose a LeadIQ alternative
Choose a LeadIQ alternative by matching the billing model to how your reps work, then testing the shortlist on your own accounts.

- Count last quarter’s phones and emails separately. At 10 credits a phone, the phone count is what sets your LeadIQ bill, and it will set the next one too.
- Count your users. More than 5 means LeadIQ Enterprise, ZoomInfo, Cognism or Seamless.AI on a quote, or a tool with no seat pricing.
- Ask what a miss costs. Scalelist and RocketReach charge nothing, UpLead only charges for Valid or Accept All emails, Lusha’s API charges a credit with no result.
- Check the CRM path. LeadIQ is strongest on Salesforce. Scalelist pushes to HubSpot natively and reaches others through Zapier or the API.
- Run the same 100 contacts through two or three tools. Our method for testing a data provider counts connected calls, not rows returned.
- Get renewal terms in writing on any quote. That is where year two gets expensive.
If you are also replacing a bigger contract, our guides to ZoomInfo competitors, SalesIntel alternatives for US direct dials and Dun and Bradstreet alternatives for company data use the same fields. More head-to-head comparisons are on the Scalelist blog.

What are the best LeadIQ alternatives?
The best LeadIQ alternatives are Scalelist, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Seamless.AI, RocketReach, UpLead and Lead411. Apollo.io and Lusha suit teams that mostly email. Lead411 and UpLead include the phone in every record. Scalelist suits teams that call, charging 20 credits per mobile found and nothing on a miss. ZoomInfo and Cognism are the quoted enterprise options.
How much is LeadIQ?
LeadIQ is free for 1 user and 50 credits. Pro costs 15 to 217.69 USD a month billed annually, or 20 to 290.25 USD billed monthly, for 200 to 6,750 credits a month and up to 5 users. Enterprise is a custom annual quote. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 10, so the 20 USD tier buys 20 phones a month.
Is LeadIQ trustworthy?
Yes, LeadIQ is an established, venture-backed software company, founded in 2015, and it says it has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. Its accuracy figures, such as “Accuracy >90 %” for verified phones, are its own claims. Treat every vendor’s accuracy the same way: run 100 of your own contacts through it and count the calls that connect.
Who owns LeadIQ?
LeadIQ, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Mei Siauw, who leads it as CEO. It is venture-backed: its 30 million USD Series B in October 2021 was led by Cathay Innovation, with Eight Roads Ventures, Draper Associates and others, bringing total funding to 42 million USD. The company is based in San Francisco and Singapore.
Is there a LeadIQ alternative with no seat limit?
Yes. Scalelist has no per-seat pricing, so any number of reps can use one credit plan from 29 USD a month. Lead411 and UpLead sell by exports and credits rather than team size, though UpLead’s self-serve plans include one user. LeadIQ Pro covers up to 5 users, and larger teams move to Enterprise.
Which LeadIQ alternative is cheapest for phone numbers?
Lead411 is cheapest per record at entry list price, at 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports with direct dials included, about 5 cents per contact. Apollo.io charges 8 credits per phone, about 23 cents for an email and a phone on Basic. Scalelist is dearer per mobile at 20 credits but charges nothing when a number is not found.
Can Scalelist replace LeadIQ?
For the contact data, yes. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, returns verified work emails and mobile numbers for 1 credit per lead, 1 per email and 20 per mobile, charged only when found, with no seats and no annual contract. It does not replace LeadIQ’s Salesforce managed package or its capture into Outreach and Salesloft.
