Microsoft Dynamics users email list: one list per product

Microsoft Dynamics users email list thumbnail: Dynamics logo, build the list one product at a time and reach the person who owns it

Contents

A Microsoft Dynamics users email list that books meetings names the product first. Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central, Finance and the legacy AX, NAV and GP lines are run by different people.

The right list is the CRM admin, controller or IT director who owns the product you sell into, with a verified work email and a mobile for the calls.

Scalelist does not sell a pre-built file of Dynamics customers. Below are live US counts by product, the support dates Microsoft publishes for the legacy lines, eight sentences to paste into Lead Finder, and what 500 contacts cost.

How many Microsoft Dynamics users are there in the US?

Scalelist’s Lead Finder matches 1,854 US profiles with a Dynamics consultant, developer or administrator title, as of 16 October 2026. Inside companies that run it, 1,247 IT leaders and 1,157 finance leaders who mention Business Central are the next largest groups. These are matching profiles, not verified contacts, and a mention can come from a past job.

Microsoft Dynamics users email list audience in the US: 1,854 Dynamics-titled profiles, 1,247 IT leaders, 1,157 Business Central and 704 Dynamics GP finance leaders
The biggest group works on Dynamics for a living; inside customers, finance owns the ERP and IT owns the platform.

Microsoft does not publish one total for Dynamics. For Business Central alone, its product page says the ERP is “trusted by 55,000 companies” (Microsoft Business Central). That is a worldwide company count, not a list of people, so size your own market with a US sentence.

Customer or partner?

Many people with Dynamics in their job title build or sell it: consultants, developers and partner staff. If you sell to Dynamics customers, start from the finance, IT and CRM owners in the table below. If you sell to partners, the 1,854 titled profiles are your list.

Which Dynamics product? Build one list per product

A Microsoft Dynamics users list works best one product at a time, because each product has a different owner. Microsoft lists Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, Finance, Supply Chain Management and more as separate apps (Dynamics 365 documentation).

Microsoft Dynamics products and owners: Dynamics 365 Sales 363 CRM owners, Business Central 1,157, Finance and SCM 198, AX 131, Dynamics GP 704 finance leaders
‘Uses Dynamics’ says nothing about who to call; the product decides the owner.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales is a CRM. The CRM admin and sales ops run it; the VP of Sales signs.
  • Business Central is ERP for small and midsize companies. The controller or CFO owns it.
  • Finance and Supply Chain Management serve larger companies. The ERP manager and IT director own the project.
  • AX, NAV and GP are the legacy ERP lines. Whoever owns them is choosing what comes next.

We could not get a reliable count for NAV: the product name over-matches unrelated profiles, so that row says “not counted”. Ask NAV users directly instead.

Why the legacy Dynamics dates matter

Microsoft publishes end dates for every legacy Dynamics ERP, and each one creates buyers. Dynamics AX 2012 R3 reached the end of extended support in January 2023 (Microsoft Lifecycle). Dynamics NAV 2018 extended support ends in January 2028 (Microsoft Lifecycle).

Microsoft Dynamics legacy support timeline: AX 2012 R3 ended January 2023, NAV 2018 and GP 2018 January 2028, Dynamics GP support ends December 31, 2029
Every company still on AX, NAV or GP has a dated decision ahead; that is what migration partners sell into.

For GP, Microsoft says it will end Dynamics GP support on December 31, 2029, for enhancements, tax updates and technical support, with security patches available until April 30, 2031. It encourages GP customers to move to Business Central (Dynamics GP lifecycle policy).

No public source shows which companies still run GP or AX. People who name the product on their profile are the closest signal you can act on.

Who buys a Dynamics users list, and why?

Dynamics users lists are bought by four groups, and each starts from a different title. A partner selling Business Central calls the controller. An ISV selling a Sales add-on calls the CRM admin.

Who buys a Microsoft Dynamics users email list: Dynamics partners and resellers, ISVs selling add-ons, migration consultancies, competing ERP and CRM vendors
Four buyers, four first contacts; a single ‘uses Dynamics’ file serves none of them well.

Competing ERP and CRM vendors use the same lists to time a replacement pitch. If that is you, the NetSuite users email list and SAP users email list show how those markets are built.

What should a Microsoft Dynamics users email list include?

A Dynamics list needs the usual contact fields plus the product and the evidence for it, because a title and a profile mention carry different weight.

Field Why it matters Example (fictional)
Name and title Owner, admin or signer? Linda Park, Controller
Dynamics product Sales, Business Central, Finance, AX, NAV or GP Dynamics GP
Evidence Title, or a mention on the profile Mentioned on profile
Company and size Sets the deal and the migration path Cedar Ridge Supply, 180 employees
Work email and status Valid, Risky or Not found Valid
Mobile number For the people you will call +1 555 0148
Date found Tells you when to rebuild 16 Oct 2026

Should you buy a Dynamics customers list or build one?

Build one. The pages ranking for this term sell one static file and often mix CRM and ERP users under a single “Dynamics” flag. You need the person who owns the specific product today, verified the week you send.

Factor Pre-built Dynamics list List you build in Scalelist
Which product One “Dynamics” flag The product named in your sentence
Total A headline number, checked after you pay The count for your sentence, before you pay
Freshness Compiled before you bought it Found and verified on demand
Email status One claim for the file Valid, Risky or Not found per email
Mobile numbers Rarely included 20 credits each, only if found
Cost Per file or per record Per contact found; misses cost 0

Scalelist finds and verifies contact details on demand rather than serving a pre-compiled list. For the full trade-off across audiences, see B2B email lists: build your own or buy one.

How to build a Microsoft Dynamics users email list in Scalelist

Megan Alvarez runs the GP practice at Ridgeline Partners, a fictional Business Central partner in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She wants the finance leaders still on Dynamics GP at companies her team can migrate. She builds the list in four steps.

1. Describe the product owners in one sentence

Lead Finder sentence for a Microsoft Dynamics GP users email list: controllers, CFOs and finance leaders at US firms with 50 to 500 employees
The title picks the owner, the size picks the market, and the product name picks the migration.

2. Check what Lead Finder understood and the count

Scalelist’s Lead Finder shows the titles, country, size band and product it read from the sentence, plus the number of matching people, before you spend a credit. On 16 October 2026 this sentence matched 205 people.

Illustration of a Microsoft Dynamics GP users email list in Lead Finder: 205 controllers, CFOs and finance leaders at 50 to 500 employees, with email status
Illustration of a Lead Finder search: 205 finance leaders who mention Dynamics GP, sized before any credit is spent.

3. Widen the sentence, or start from your accounts

Dropping the size band and adding accounting managers widens it to 704 finance leaders who mention Dynamics GP. Megan keeps 500 of them.

If you already know which accounts run Dynamics, from your closed-won deals, referrals or Microsoft’s customer stories, start there. Scalelist’s people search API and MCP server accept a list of company domains and return the CFO or IT director at each one.

4. Reveal emails for everyone, mobiles for the calls

Megan emails all 500 and calls the 150 at the largest companies.

Build for 500 contacts Credits (maximum)
500 leads (1 each) 500
500 work emails (1 each, if found) 500
150 mobiles (20 each, if found) 3,000
Total 4,000

That fits the Scaler 5K plan at 199 USD a month, where one contact with an email and a mobile costs about 0.88 USD (22 credits at 3.98 cents). Nothing is charged for an email or a mobile that is not found, and unused credits roll over while you are subscribed. All plans are on Scalelist pricing.

Dynamics segments and sample prompts

Each segment is one sentence to paste into Lead Finder. Counts are matching US profiles on 16 October 2026, upper bounds that overlap across rows.

Segment Sentence to type in Lead Finder Matches
Dynamics partners Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, GP and Business Central consultants, developers and admins in the US 1,854
Platform owners IT directors, CIOs and IT managers in the US who mention Dynamics 365 1,247
Business Central finance Controllers, CFOs and finance directors in the US who mention Business Central 1,157
Business Central, SMB The same at US companies with 20 to 500 employees 447
GP finance Controllers, CFOs and accounting managers in the US who mention Dynamics GP 704
Dynamics CRM owners CRM administrators and CRM managers in the US who mention Dynamics 365 363
Sales leaders on Dynamics Sales ops, RevOps and sales leaders in the US who mention Dynamics 365 Sales 312
AX and F&O owners ERP managers and ERP directors in the US who mention Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance 198
New in the seat Controllers, IT directors and CRM managers in the US who mention Dynamics and started a new role in the last 3 months 44

A new controller or IT director often inherits the migration decision; our guide to new executives in their first 90 days covers the timing. For the CRM side across vendors, the CRM users email list and Salesforce users email list use the same method.

How to reach Dynamics owners

Dynamics owners answer outreach about one dated, concrete event: a support end date, a migration, a renewal, a broken integration. Name the product and the event in the first line.

  • Confirm the product first. A profile mention can come from a past job. Ask “are you still on GP?” before you pitch.
  • Pair finance and IT. For ERP moves, email the controller and the IT director at the same company in the same week.
  • Spend mobiles on signers. Call the CFO or the IT director, not every admin.
  • Send from your stack. Scalelist pushes selected leads to HubSpot with field mapping and syncs to lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker and Saleshandy. There is no native Dynamics 365 push: use a CSV export or the REST API. See the HubSpot integration.

FAQ

Where can I find a list of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers?

Microsoft does not publish a full customer list. It publishes customer stories you can browse by product, and partners publish case studies. To reach people, build a Microsoft Dynamics users email list from the owners who name the product, such as 1,157 US finance leaders who mention Business Central (October 2026), or start from accounts you already know.

What is replacing Microsoft Dynamics?

Dynamics itself is not being replaced; Microsoft is retiring the legacy lines. AX 2012 R3 extended support ended in January 2023, NAV 2018 extended support ends in January 2028, and Microsoft ends Dynamics GP support on December 31, 2029, encouraging GP customers to move to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Can you buy a Microsoft Dynamics users email list?

Yes, sellers offer them, but most sell one file under a single “Dynamics” flag that mixes CRM and ERP users. Building your own list per product gives you the controller, IT director or CRM admin who owns it today, a count before you spend, verified emails, and mobiles where you need them.

Who should be on a Dynamics GP users list?

Finance first. GP is accounting software, so the controller, CFO or accounting manager owns it; 704 US finance leaders mention Dynamics GP (October 2026). Add the IT director at the same company if you sell a migration, because they run the project.

How much does a Microsoft Dynamics users list cost in Scalelist?

At most 2 credits per contact with a verified email, and 22 with an email and a mobile. 500 contacts with emails plus 150 mobiles cost at most 4,000 credits, within the Scaler 5K plan at 199 USD a month. Misses cost nothing, and sizing a search costs nothing.

Can Scalelist find companies using Microsoft Dynamics?

No, not as technographic data. Scalelist does not detect or sell a company’s tech stack. It finds people whose title names Dynamics or whose profile mentions a Dynamics product, and it finds the buyers at company domains you already have, with verified emails and mobiles charged only when found.
