Paul J. Scariano, Inc. has been providing quality general construction services to the New York and New Jersey markets for over 25 years. We specialize in projects that are time sensitive, have complicated design and construct-ability requirements, and have limited and/or difficult access conditions. We are a union contractor with a highly qualified and motivated staff of managers, engineers and tradesmen. We own most of our own equipment. We have strong bonding and financing capabilities. All of those factors coupled with our commitment to safety, speed, quality, and integrity allow us to successfully perform any type of industrial or commercial project.

PJS Electric, Inc. has been providing quality and cost-effective electrical construction services to the New York Metropolitan area for over 20 years. We are a NYC licensed, Local 3, IBEW contractor with extensive experience and capabilities in the construction of all industrial electrical installations ranging from high voltage DC substations to sophisticated access control and security systems. We employ 100% union labor and have a highly capable staff of engineers, project managers, and associated support staff.
