1. How does Scalelist work?

Scalelist helps you find verified B2B emails and mobile numbers for your prospect lists. You can use our platform in several ways:

  • Enrich a List of Contacts: Upload a CSV file with your contacts’ First Name, Last Name, and Company Name or Website. Scalelist will process the entire list to find their email/phone number.
  • Find a Single Contact: Use our simple lookup tool to quickly find the email and phone number for an individual prospect on the fly.
  • Use the Chrome Extension: Find and save prospects you discover online. Scalelist will capture their details and find their contact information.

Scalelist uses a flexible credit system, and you only pay for successful results. If we don’t find the data you’re looking for, you are not charged.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Finding an Email: Costs 1 credit per email found and verified (via CSV upload, single lookup, or manual refresh).
  • Finding a Mobile Number: Costs 20 credits per mobile number found.
  • Extraction (with the Chrome Extension): Costs 1 credit per prospect extracted, which also includes finding their email.

If we detect a job change, we’ll flag the contact as “Outdated” and notify you, giving you a timely signal to update your records.
