The strongest SalesIntel competitors for US work emails and direct dials are Cognism, ZoomInfo, Lead411, UpLead, Apollo.io, Lusha, LeadIQ, RocketReach, Seamless.AI and Scalelist. Seven of them publish a price you can pay today. SalesIntel does not.
Every list that ranks for this search was written by one of those vendors, and each one puts itself at number 1. This page does something duller and more useful. It gives all ten the same six fields, from their own pricing pages and help centers, and it shows what one US contact with an email and a mobile number actually costs on each.
We make Scalelist, one of the ten. Its entry says where it wins and where it loses.
Why people look for SalesIntel alternatives
Most teams look for SalesIntel alternatives because of how it is sold, not because the data is bad. SalesIntel does not publish a price, and everything about the contract is negotiated.
- No public price. Every call to action on salesintel.io is “Get a Demo”, “Book a Meeting” or “Contact Us”. We tried to read the pricing page on 14 October 2026 with a headless browser and with a normal one. Both got a 403 Forbidden from the server, as did the data, products and trial pages.
- Annual contracts. Vendr, a software buying marketplace, says SalesIntel contracts are “typically sold as 12-month agreements” with “Per-user licensing”, and reports a median buyer paying 17,599 USD a year, from 8,670 to 41,380 USD. That is third-party data, not a SalesIntel figure.
- Seats and credit pools. SalesIntel’s homepage promises “No credit counting. No per-seat gatekeeping.” Its own support center documents License Credits “available per seat on certain SalesIntel contracts and plans”, a shared account pool, and admin-set limits per user. What you get depends on the contract you sign.
- Accuracy is tiered, not flat. The headline figure applies to one of three tiers. More on that below.
To be fair to SalesIntel: the thing people buy it for is real. It employs a research team it sizes at “2,000+ Human Researchers”, claims “200M+ Verified B2B Contacts” and “54M+ Verified Mobile Numbers”, and lets you ask a human to go and find a contact nobody has yet. No self-serve tool on this page does that.
What SalesIntel actually sells, in its own words
SalesIntel sells three grades of contact record and a research team you can queue work for. Knowing which grade you are looking at is the whole trick.
Its support center publishes the tiers plainly. Human verified records have “every detail on their record reverified by our researchers every 90 days”, and SalesIntel puts them at about 95%. Email verified records have the email rechecked every 6 months, at about 90%. Machine verified records come from its machine-learning engine, at about 60%.

Searches show human verified and email verified contacts by default, with a slider to add machine verified ones. So the “95%” on the homepage describes the top tier, not the average of what you export.
When a contact is missing or sits in a lower tier, you send it to Research on Demand. “1 research credit will be used for each contact verified.” A human goes and checks it, which is the point, and also the cost.

SalesIntel’s published turnaround runs from 1 day for up to 50 contacts to 11 days for 1,001 to 2,000. If your reps build a call list on Monday, the records you had to request are not on it.
SalesIntel competitors compared at a glance

Which SalesIntel competitor is the best alternative?
The best SalesIntel alternative depends on one question: do you need a human to go and find records nobody has yet, or do you need numbers today at a price you can see.
Cognism is the closest match on the first count, because it sells phone-verified mobiles and screens them before you call. ZoomInfo is the closest on scale, claiming “135M+ Direct Dial Numbers” on the same annual, quoted contract.
If the contract is what you are escaping, go to the seven tools with published prices. Lead411 is the cheapest per record and includes direct phone numbers on every plan.
Apollo.io is cheapest if your team mostly buys emails and reveals phones selectively. RocketReach refunds the lookup when it finds nothing. Scalelist charges 20 credits for a mobile and nothing at all when there is no number to give.

What is the best B2B contact database right now?
There is no single best B2B contact database, and anyone who names one is selling it. The honest answer in October 2026 is that the right database is decided by three things: the countries you call into, whether you can sign an annual contract, and whether you need mobile numbers or just emails.
For US-only calling on a budget you control, the published-price tools win on simple arithmetic. For a buying committee at named enterprise accounts, where somebody has to go and find the VP of Supply Chain who is not in any database, SalesIntel’s research team and Cognism’s phone verification are worth the contract.
Here is how we would answer it by situation:
- One or two reps calling US mid-market: Lead411 or Scalelist. Published price, month to month, direct numbers included.
- A team that mostly emails and calls sometimes: Apollo.io. One credit per email, eight per phone, and sequencing in the same tool.
- Named accounts where you need the people nobody lists: SalesIntel or Cognism, and budget for the contract.
- Company identity and firmographics rather than people: a company data provider, not a contact tool. Our page on Dun and Bradstreet competitors covers that side.
- Calling into Europe as well as the US: Cognism, which screens numbers before they reach your dialer.
- One rep who needs a few numbers a week: RocketReach or LeadIQ, both under 100 USD a month.
Whatever you shortlist, test it on your own accounts. Our bake-off method for testing a data provider runs the same 100 contacts through every tool and counts the calls that connect, not the rows returned.
How we picked these SalesIntel competitors
We started from the tools that rank for this search and the ones SalesIntel names in its own case studies, then kept the ones that sell US work emails and phone numbers to the same buyer.
- Same job: it has to return a work email and a direct dial or mobile number for a named person at a US company. Tools that only sell company data or intent are out.
- Same six fields: what it is, US emails and direct dials, how it is sold, what one contact costs, best for, where it falls short. No vendor gets an extra field it happens to win on.
- Published price only: every price here was read from the vendor’s own pricing page in a browser. Quote-only means “not published”, and we say so.
- Cost on the same unit: one contact where both the verified work email and the phone number come back, on the cheapest paid plan that includes phone numbers, billed monthly.
- Evidence, labeled: coverage numbers come only from our own published benchmark, and only for the tools that were in it. Everything else is a vendor claim and is written as one.
The 10 best SalesIntel alternatives in 2026
Tools 1 to 3 are sold the way SalesIntel is, on a quote and a contract. Tools 4 to 10 publish a price you can pay today.
1. Cognism
- What it is: Cognism is a B2B sales intelligence platform built around phone-verified mobile numbers, sold as Standard and Pro packages with five seats included.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. Cognism calls phone-verified mobiles “premium records which go through additional layers of verification checks”, and on-demand mobile verification is a Pro feature.
- How it is sold: Quote only. Both packages route to sales and include five seats. One credit reveals one contact, and the same credits work across the platform, the enrichment product and the API.
- What one contact costs: Not published.
- Best for: Teams that call into Europe as well as the US and want numbers screened before a rep dials them.
- Where it falls short: No public price, no single-seat plan, and a contact costs a credit again after a job change. Whether a miss is charged is not published.

2. ZoomInfo
- What it is: ZoomInfo is the enterprise B2B data platform, selling contacts, companies and intent on custom-quoted annual contracts.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes, on paid plans, which unlock “expanded contact data (direct dials, mobile numbers, org chart data)”. Its data page claims “135M+ Direct Dial Numbers”.
- How it is sold: Quote only, annual. “Most paid plans are billed annually upfront. Monthly billing is not standard”, and plans “include a minimum number of seats”. One credit per exported record. The free ZoomInfo Lite tier gives 10 credits a month.
- What one contact costs: Not published. Vendr reports a median ZoomInfo contract of 33,500 USD a year across 1,573 purchases.
- Best for: Larger teams that want one annual data contract covering contacts, companies and intent.
- Where it falls short: Credits expire at the end of the term, two users exporting the same record are charged twice, and ZoomInfo’s own article warns that “Renewal pricing can increase from the initial contract rate”.

3. Seamless.AI
- What it is: Seamless.AI researches contacts in real time and returns emails, cell phones and direct dials, sold as annual credit packages.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. Its pricing lists “Cell Phones”, and the homepage claims “1.6B+ verified business emails and 448M+ phone numbers”.
- How it is sold: Quote only. Pro and Enterprise are “Contact sales”, and paid plans are “Annual Credit Packages”. Clicking Find “uses 1 credit per contact to generate all information in the contact profile”, phone numbers included. A free license gives 50 credits that do not replenish.
- What one contact costs: Not published.
- Best for: Teams that prefer one large annual credit pool and want the email and the phone returned together per contact.
- Where it falls short: No public price, intent and enrichment are add-ons, and its own pages disagree on the Pro credit allowance: the pricing FAQ says 10,000 annual credits while the help center says 10,000 a month.

4. Lead411
- What it is: Lead411 is a B2B contact database sold by exports, with direct dials included on every plan.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. “All of our subscriptions Include Verified Email and mobile phone Numbers”, and the pricing page lists “Double Verified Direct Dials”.
- How it is sold: Published. Spark is 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports, or 490 USD a year for 12,000. Monthly billing is available and cancellable; unused exports roll over to the next cycle.
- What one contact costs: About 0.05 USD, because one export carries the email and the direct phone number.
- Best for: Small outbound teams that want direct dials included and a bill they can predict.
- Where it falls short: Buyer intent and unlimited data are annual-only, API access starts on the Ignite plan, and whether a miss consumes an export is not published.

5. Apollo.io
- What it is: Apollo.io pairs a B2B contact database with sequencing, a dialer and deal tools, sold per seat with a credit allowance.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8. Corporate switchboard numbers are free.
- How it is sold: Published. Basic is 49 USD per seat a month billed annually, or 65 USD billed monthly with 2,500 credits per seat. There is a free plan with 75 credits per seat a month.
- What one contact costs: About 0.23 USD on Basic billed monthly (1 credit for the email, 8 for the phone).
- Best for: Teams that mostly send email, call selectively, and want the sequencer in the same tool.
- Where it falls short: “Apollo doesn’t refund any credits for mobile numbers”, seats add up as the team grows, and in our own benchmark Apollo found a phone number for 50% of the North America list against 87% for Scalelist.

6. RocketReach
- What it is: RocketReach is a self-serve contact lookup tool for individuals and small teams, with phone numbers on its two upper plans.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes, on Pro and Ultimate, where a lookup covers “Verified mobile & direct phone numbers”. Essentials is email only.
- How it is sold: Published, monthly or annual, “No commitment, cancel anytime”. Pro is 99 USD a month for 250 lookups, or 69 USD a month billed annually with 3,600 exports a year. Five lookups are free to start.
- What one contact costs: About 0.40 USD on Pro billed monthly, and nothing when it finds nothing: “A lookup is used if we find and verify email or phone, otherwise it is refunded.”
- Best for: One rep or a small team that needs a few dozen numbers a week without a contract.
- Where it falls short: Phone numbers need the 99 USD plan, every plan caps sending at 500 emails a day, and pooled credits and company exports need a custom plan: “Plans start at $6K annually.”

7. UpLead
- What it is: UpLead is a B2B contact database where one credit unlocks one contact, email and mobile direct dial together.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. “A credit unlocks a contact for download or CRM export and gives you access to their email and mobile direct dial. One credit equals one contact.”
- How it is sold: Published. Essentials is 99 USD a month for 170 credits with one seat, Plus is 199 USD for 400. “Our monthly plans have no contract or long-term commitment.” The trial is 5 credits over 7 days.
- What one contact costs: About 0.58 USD on Essentials, or 0.60 USD for a top-up credit.
- Best for: Small teams that want one simple unit of billing and both data points in it.
- Where it falls short: One seat on the two self-serve plans, and intent data, full API access and CRM sync only on the annual Professional plan.

8. Lusha
- What it is: Lusha is a self-serve contact data platform with a web app, a browser extension and an API, sold on credit plans.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. Revealing an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5, up to 6 for both. Lusha claims “117M+ direct dials”.
- How it is sold: Published. Starter is 49.90 USD a month for 400 credits, or 37.45 USD a month billed yearly. A free plan gives 40 credits a month. “Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.”
- What one contact costs: About 0.75 USD on Starter billed monthly.
- Best for: Individual reps who want month-to-month access and an extension they can use while researching an account.
- Where it falls short: API requests cost at least 1 credit “even if no results are returned”, bulk reveals charge for partial data, CSV export costs 1 credit per 25 rows, and teams above 5 users go through sales.
- Read next: Lusha alternatives
9. LeadIQ
- What it is: LeadIQ is a prospecting tool for sales development teams that captures contacts into the CRM and the sequencer from one credit pool.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. “Email = 1 Credit”, “Phone number = 10 Credits”, “Email + Phone number = 11 Credits”.
- How it is sold: Published. Pro starts at 20 USD a month for 200 credits billed monthly, or 15 USD a month for 2,400 credits a year, with up to 5 users. A free plan gives 1 user and 50 credits.
- What one contact costs: About 1.10 USD on Pro billed monthly.
- Best for: SDR teams that want the cheapest way in and buy far more emails than phone numbers.
- Where it falls short: A phone number costs ten times an email, two plans list “Limited Access” to database search, and over its MCP server a returned work email is charged “whatever its verification status”.
- Read next: LeadIQ alternatives
10. Scalelist
- What it is: Scalelist is an AI Lead Finder. You describe the people you want in one plain-English sentence, see how many match before you spend anything, then get them with verified work emails and mobile numbers.
- US emails and direct dials: Yes. 1 credit per lead found, 1 per email found and 20 per mobile found. Every email is verified before it is returned and labeled Valid or Risky.
- How it is sold: Published, no seats, no annual contract. 29 USD a month for 500 credits up to 649 USD for 20,000, with custom plans above that. New accounts get 20 free credits, no credit card required.
- What one contact costs: About 1.28 USD on the 500-credit plan and about 0.71 USD on the 20,000-credit plan, counting the lead, the email and the mobile. A miss costs nothing.
- Best for: Teams that call as much as they email and want the bill to track results instead of seats.
- Where it falls short: It is the most expensive per mobile number on this page at the entry plan, it has no sequencer, no dialer and no intent data, and HubSpot is the only native CRM.
Why Scalelist fits teams that call, and when it does not
Scalelist is the pay-for-what-is-found option. The credit price is fixed by the plan, not by how hard the number was to find, and nothing is charged when there is no number to return.
That matters because the headline price per phone number is not the price you pay. The price you pay is the price per number you actually get. We ran the same founder list through eight providers in four regions and published the raw data in our B2B data provider benchmark.

On the North America list, Scalelist returned an email for 92% and a phone number for 87%. Apollo.io, the only other tool on this page that was in that test, returned an email for 77% and a phone number for 50%. It is our own test, so run 100 of your own contacts before you sign anything.
Where Scalelist is not the right pick: if you need a research team to go and find a person nobody has listed, SalesIntel does that and we do not. If you want data, sequences and a dialer on one invoice, Apollo.io is the simpler buy. If you mostly need emails in volume, Lead411 and Apollo.io are cheaper per record.
Calling US mobile numbers comes with rules that apply to you, not to your data vendor. We cover them in B2B cold calling laws. This page is not legal advice.
Take 20 names off your current SalesIntel export and see how many mobile numbers come back, paid only when one is found.
Find your first 20 contactsHow to choose a SalesIntel alternative
Choose by the two things that change your bill the most: whether you need researcher-verified records, and whether anyone charges you when nothing is found.

- Count what you actually exported last quarter. Contacts, not searches. That number sets the plan size and makes every quote comparable.
- Split emails from phone numbers. On Apollo.io a phone costs 8 credits against 1 for an email, on Lusha 5, on LeadIQ 10 and on Scalelist 20. On Lead411, UpLead and RocketReach the two come together.
- Ask what a miss costs. RocketReach refunds the lookup, Scalelist charges nothing, Apollo.io charges nothing in its own data but never refunds a mobile, and Lusha’s API takes a credit even with no result.
- Ask what happens to unused credits. Lead411 rolls exports over, Lusha resets annual credits at the end of the cycle, ZoomInfo credits expire with the term, and Scalelist rolls over up to 2x the monthly allocation while you are subscribed.
- Price the seats separately from the data. Apollo.io and ZoomInfo charge per seat, Cognism packages five, and Lead411, UpLead, RocketReach, Lusha, LeadIQ and Scalelist let one person buy.
- Run the same 100 contacts through the shortlist. Count connected calls, not rows. The Scalelist blog has the head-to-head comparisons for each pair.
- Get renewal terms in writing before you sign anything quoted. That is the clause that costs money in year two.

FAQ
Who are SalesIntel’s main competitors?
SalesIntel’s main competitors are Cognism, ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI, which are sold the same way, on a quote and an annual contract. The self-serve competitors are Lead411, UpLead, Apollo.io, Lusha, LeadIQ, RocketReach and Scalelist, all of which publish a price. Lead411 and Scalelist are the closest fit for a small US team that needs direct numbers without a contract.
How much does SalesIntel cost?
SalesIntel does not publish a price. We tried to load its pricing page on 14 October 2026 with two different browsers and both received a 403 Forbidden response. Vendr, a third-party buying marketplace, reports a median SalesIntel buyer paying 17,599 USD a year, with a range from 8,670 to 41,380 USD, on contracts it describes as 12-month agreements with per-user licensing.
Is SalesIntel data accurate?
SalesIntel publishes three grades. Human verified records are rechecked by its researchers every 90 days and rated at about 95%. Email verified records have the email rechecked every 6 months, at about 90%. Machine verified records are rated at about 60%. Searches show the top two grades by default. The headline number on the homepage describes the human verified tier only.
What is the cheapest SalesIntel alternative?
Lead411 is the cheapest per record at 49 USD a month for 1,000 exports, with direct phone numbers included, which works out at about 0.05 USD per contact. LeadIQ has the lowest entry price at 20 USD a month, though a phone number there costs 10 credits. Scalelist starts at 29 USD a month for 500 credits and charges nothing when a number is not found.
Does SalesIntel have a free trial?
SalesIntel’s homepage shows a Free Trial button, but the trial page returned a 403 Forbidden to our checks on 14 October 2026, so the terms are not something we can confirm. Among the alternatives, Lusha gives 40 credits a month on a free plan, LeadIQ 50 credits, Seamless.AI 50 credits that do not replenish, RocketReach 5 lookups and Scalelist 20 credits with no credit card.
Is Cognism better than SalesIntel?
It depends on where you call. Cognism verifies mobile numbers by phone and screens them before a rep dials, which matters most outside the US. SalesIntel leans on a research team you can queue work for, which matters most when the person you need is not in any database yet. Neither publishes a price, and both include multiple seats.
Can Scalelist replace SalesIntel?
For the contact data, yes. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, returns verified work emails and mobile numbers for 1 credit per lead, 1 per email and 20 per mobile, charged only when found, with no seat and no annual commitment. What it does not replace is the research team, the intent signals, the advertising and the sequencing that SalesIntel sells around its data.
What are SalesIntel competitors for direct dial phone numbers?
For direct dials specifically, the SalesIntel competitors worth testing are Cognism, which phone-verifies mobiles, ZoomInfo, which claims “135M+ Direct Dial Numbers”, Lead411, which includes direct dials on every plan, and Scalelist, which charges 20 credits per mobile found and nothing on a miss. Apollo.io, Lusha, LeadIQ and RocketReach all sell phone numbers at a per-reveal price.
