Seamless.AI pricing is not published for paid plans. As of September 2026, Pro and Enterprise are sold as annual credit packages through sales, and the only listed price is the Free plan: 1 user and 50 credits that do not replenish.
One credit researches one contact and returns its emails and phone numbers together, so your real cost per contact is your contract divided by the credits you use.
Below: what Seamless.AI does publish, how its credits and license types work, what the same workload costs on tools with public prices, the contract terms to check, and the alternatives.
Prices checked on 27 September 2026 from each vendor’s own pricing page.
Seamless.AI pricing at a glance (September 2026)
Seamless.AI publishes one price: 0 USD for the Free plan. Pro and Enterprise are listed without prices, and the pricing FAQ says annual subscriptions get a discounted rate.
| Plan | Price | Users | Credits | Key inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 USD | 1 | 50, do not replenish | Email addresses, cell phones, real-time search |
| Pro | not published (“Contact sales”) | Per user | 10,000 (a year per pricing FAQ, a month per help center) | Unlimited exports, annual credit packages |
| Enterprise | not published (“Contact sales”) | Unlimited | Custom packages | Customer success, enterprise support |

Seamless.AI plans explained
Seamless.AI has one self-serve plan, Free, and two quoted plans that differ in users, credits and support.
The 0 USD plan: 50 credits, once
The Free plan gives 1 user 50 Universal Credits. Seamless.AI’s help center says that on a Free license, credits do not replenish.
- Who it fits: a rep who wants to test the data on 50 contacts they already know.
- Limit that matters: 50 credits once, not 50 a month.
Pro: quote only
Pro is sold per user as annual credit packages, with unlimited exports. The credit allowance is stated two ways: the pricing FAQ says “Pro plans start off at 10,000 annual credits”, while the help center says Pro users “receive 10,000 Universal Credits per month”.
- Why it matters: 10,000 a year is about 833 contacts a month. 10,000 a month is 12 times more for the same plan name.
- Who it fits: individual reps or small teams who commit to a year.
Enterprise: quote only
Enterprise covers unlimited users and exports, custom packages, customer success and enterprise support. Seamless.AI marks it “Most popular”.
- Who it fits: larger sales teams that want unlimited users on one annual contract.
How Seamless.AI credits work
A Seamless.AI credit is spent when Seamless.AI researches a contact: 1 credit returns the contact’s titles, emails and phone numbers together. The same Universal Credits also pay for AI-generated messages.
- Research a contact: 1 credit per contact, emails and phones included.
- AI prompts and campaigns: 0.2 credit per AI-generated message.
- Data Enrichment and Autopilot: listed as add-ons; how many credits they use is not published on the pages we reviewed.
- Bad emails: Seamless.AI says it refunds the credit automatically when a returned email does not verify.
- Nothing found: whether a credit is used when research finds no email or phone is not published.
As of June 2026, Seamless.AI is moving all legacy Standard and premium credits to Universal Credits. What it publishes about each allowance is below; anything else is not published.
| License type | Credits | Refresh |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 50 | Never (“do not replenish”) |
| Pro | 10,000 a month (help center) or 10,000 a year (pricing FAQ) | not published |
| Enterprise | Custom packages | not published |
| Bulk pool | A purchased pool of credits | Does not automatically replenish |
What one Seamless.AI contact really costs
Your cost per Seamless.AI contact is your annual contract divided by the credits you actually use. Because one credit returns emails and phones, that one number is your cost per email and per mobile.
The allowance you negotiate matters as much as the price. For every 1,000 USD of annual contract:
- At 10,000 credits a year, a researched contact costs 10 cents (1,000 / 10,000).
- At 10,000 credits a month (120,000 a year), it costs 0.83 cents (1,000 / 120,000).
Both assume you use every credit. Unused credits raise the price of the ones you did use, and Bulk credits do not replenish.
Worked examples: the price your Seamless.AI quote has to beat
With no list price, the useful test is what the same work costs on tools that publish theirs. Here are two monthly workloads at list price, monthly billing, on the cheapest plan that covers each one.
| Tool | 500 emails + 100 mobiles a month | 300 mobiles a month |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless.AI | 500 credits; price not published | 300 credits, if every contact has a phone; price not published |
| Apollo.io (Basic, 1 seat) | 65 USD (1,300 of 2,500 credits) | 65 USD (2,400 of 2,500 credits) |
| Scalelist | 199 USD (3,000 of 5,000 credits) | 349 USD (6,300 of 10,000 credits) |
| UpLead (Plus) | 249 USD (400 credits + 100 top-ups) | 199 USD, if every contact has a mobile |
| Lusha (Premium) | 399.90 USD (1,000 of 3,400 credits) | 399.90 USD (1,500 of 3,400 credits) |

How to read it: for the first workload, a Seamless.AI quote has to come in under 588 USD a year to beat Apollo.io Basic billed annually, and under 1,990 USD a year to beat Scalelist billed yearly. Scalelist is not the cheapest here; it charges 20 credits per mobile, but only for mobiles it finds.
Hidden Seamless.AI costs and contract terms
The terms that move a Seamless.AI bill are in the pricing FAQ, the help center and the integrations page, not in a price list.

- Annual commitment. Paid plans are sold as annual credit packages. A monthly paid option is not published.
- Per-user pricing on Pro. Unlimited users are an Enterprise feature.
- Add-ons. Buyer Intent Data, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and AI Assistant are listed as add-ons on the pricing page.
- Credits that do not come back. Free credits and Bulk credits do not replenish.
- Integration access varies by plan. Seamless.AI says access to all integrations depends on the plan.
- Renewal terms. Auto-renewal and notice periods are not published on the pages we reviewed. Ask for both in writing.
In your favor: Seamless.AI’s Switch and Save program offers eligible buyers up to 50% off what they pay their current provider, terms apply.
Is Seamless.AI worth it?
Seamless.AI is worth it for sales teams that want a large annual credit pool where one credit returns every email and phone for a contact. It is a weaker fit for small teams that want a public price, monthly billing, or to pay only for phones found.
Seamless.AI fits you if:
- You will research thousands of contacts a year and can plan that volume upfront.
- You want emails and phones in one credit, plus AI writing and automation from the same pool.
- You need Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outreach or Salesloft integrations.
- Your security review asks for GDPR, ISO and SOC 2 Type II, which Seamless.AI lists.
Look elsewhere if:
- You want to see a price and start today, month to month.
- You are one or two reps who need a few hundred contacts a month.
- Your reps mostly call and you want to pay only when a mobile is found.
- Your volume is uneven, so an annual credit pool would go partly unused.
Seamless.AI claims 1.6B+ verified business emails and 448M+ phone numbers. It was not part of our own provider benchmark, so test it on your list.
Cheaper or better-fit Seamless.AI alternatives
Four tools publish prices you can compare with a Seamless.AI quote: Scalelist for mobiles charged only when found, Apollo.io for the lowest list price per phone, UpLead for one credit per contact month to month, and Lusha for bundled seats.
| Tool | Entry price | Email / mobile cost | Charged on a miss | Contract and seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scalelist | 29 USD a month (500 credits) | 1 credit / 20 credits | No, only when found | Monthly or yearly, no seats |
| Apollo.io | 49 USD per seat a month, billed annually | 1 credit / 8 credits | No for Apollo’s own data | Monthly or annual; Organization needs 3 seats |
| UpLead | 99 USD a month (170 credits); annual price not published | 1 credit per contact, both included | Charged when the email is Valid or Accept All | Monthly or annual; 1 user on self-serve plans |
| Lusha | 37.45 USD a month, billed yearly | 1 credit / 5 credits | Partly (API: 1 credit minimum) | Monthly or yearly; 1 to 5 seats by plan |
| Seamless.AI | not published (Free: 50 credits) | 1 credit per contact, both included | Not published; credit back on bad emails | Annual credit packages through sales |

- Best for: teams of up to 5 users who want seats bundled into a public plan.
- Where it falls short: API calls cost at least 1 credit even with no result.

Get 20 credits to test itHow to buy Seamless.AI smart
These steps come from Seamless.AI’s own pricing FAQ and help center, plus common procurement practice.
- Test on Free first. Spend the 50 credits on contacts you already know and check the emails and phones.
- Get the allowance in writing. Credits per user, per month or per year, and whether they refresh daily, monthly or never.
- Ask the miss rule. Does a search that finds no email and no phone use a credit?
- Price the add-ons separately. Buyer intent, data enrichment, Autopilot and AI Assistant are listed as add-ons.
- Compare per credit. Divide the quote by the credits you will really use, then compare it with the price-to-beat table above.
- Use a competing quote. If you already pay another provider, ask whether Switch and Save applies.
- Test the data. Run 100 contacts through Seamless.AI and one alternative with our data provider bake-off method. For the pricing models behind these quotes, read credits vs seats explained.

FAQ
How much does Seamless.AI cost?
Seamless.AI does not publish prices for its paid plans. Pro and Enterprise are sold as annual credit packages after a call with sales, and Vendr shows no median contract for it. The only listed price is the Free plan at 0 USD, with 1 user and 50 credits that do not replenish.
Is there a way to try Seamless.AI without paying?
Yes. The Free plan costs 0 USD and gives 1 user 50 Universal Credits. On a Free license, credits do not replenish, so it covers 50 researched contacts in total. That is enough to test the data on people you already know, not to run daily prospecting.
How many credits does Seamless.AI Pro include?
It depends on which Seamless.AI page you read. The pricing FAQ says Pro plans start at 10,000 annual credits. The help center says Pro users receive 10,000 Universal Credits per month. That is a 12-fold difference for the same plan name, so ask for the allowance and the refresh period in writing before you sign.
What does one Seamless.AI credit buy?
One credit researches one contact and returns its titles, emails and phone numbers together. There is no separate price for a mobile. The same credits also pay for AI-generated messages, at 0.2 credit each. How many credits the Data Enrichment and Autopilot add-ons use is not published on the pages we reviewed.
Does Seamless.AI charge credits when it finds nothing?
Not published. Seamless.AI says it refunds the credit automatically when a returned email does not verify. Whether a credit is used when research finds no email and no phone number is not stated on its pricing page or help center, so ask sales to confirm the rule in writing.
Can you pay for Seamless.AI monthly?
Not as far as Seamless.AI publishes. Pro is sold as annual credit packages and Enterprise as custom packages, both through sales. The pricing FAQ says annual subscriptions get a discounted price. A monthly paid option is not listed on the pricing page.
Is Seamless.AI worth it?
It depends on your volume. Seamless.AI is worth it for teams that will research thousands of contacts a year, can commit to an annual credit package and want emails and phones returned in one credit per contact. It is a weaker fit for one or two US reps who want a public price, monthly billing or to pay only for mobiles found. Test the 50 Free-plan credits on contacts you already know before you take a sales call.
Is Seamless.AI cheaper than ZoomInfo?
Neither publishes a paid price, so no list price settles it. Both sell paid plans as annual contracts through sales. Vendr, a software buying marketplace, reports a median ZoomInfo contract of 33,500 USD across 1,573 purchases, but shows no median for Seamless.AI. ZoomInfo paid plans include a minimum number of seats, while Seamless.AI Pro is sold per user. Ask both vendors for a price per credit and compare those two numbers.
What is a cheaper alternative to Seamless.AI pricing?
For published prices, Apollo.io Basic covers 500 emails and 100 mobiles a month for 65 USD per seat. Scalelist costs 199 USD for the same work, with no seats and nothing charged on a miss. UpLead Plus costs 249 USD. Each lets you start without a sales call.
