Pitt Business offers students a well-rounded education that takes them From the Classroom, To the City, To the World. Our curriculum is geared toward real-world business experiences that demand student action, engagement, and exposure to a variety of issues that affect the business world. Everything we do has one goal: that when students make the big leap into their first professional job, they’ll land on their feet — and go far, fast.
From the Classroom.
Our Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program offers seven majors and three certificate programs, each complemented by an array of case studies, consulting projects, business competitions, student-led organizations, internships, and global experiences. You’ll learn from two great teachers: our world-class faculty and hands-on experience.
To the City.
The City of Pittsburgh is the natural extension of the Pitt Business classroom. Students make an immediate impact at Pittsburgh’s many corporations and nonprofits through internships, our Panther Projects program, Projects in Marketing course, and Certificate Program in Leadership and Ethics. With the support of Career Services, students are able to leverage these experiences into opportunities for networking, professional development, and future jobs.
To the World.
The world is the ultimate destination of Pitt Business students. Students experience broadened perspectives and unforgettable moments through Pitt’s study abroad programs in over 75 countries, as well as business-focused opportunities through our Global Business Institute, International Internship Program, Global Management major, and Certificate Program in International Business.
