Wehr Constructors is owned and operated by the Berry family which includes five generations of general contracting and engineering experience. Headquartered in Louisville, KY with offices in Tampa, FL, Lexington, KY and Bowling Green, KY we are proud to be the largest general contractor and construction manager in the Louisville area and a leader in construction throughout Florida, Central and Southern Kentucky.

Many of our projects are negotiated utilizing the “integrated project delivery” approach with Wehr Constructors serving as the construction manager. We are retained in the early design phase so that we can assist the owner and architect with pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, value engineering, project phasing and critical path scheduling. This process results in less downtime for the owner’s operations, fewer changes during construction and an overall accelerated project completion; saving everyone time and money.

An officer of our company works directly with the project manager and superintendent on scheduling, phasing and managing subcontractors on each project. This management team approach is one reason owners repeatedly come back to us for additional projects.
