Consulting sales data has to reach an executive with a problem worth an engagement, and at most firms the person dialing is a partner with a billable week. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, gives consultancies the direct mobiles and verified work emails of the CEOs, COOs, CFOs and HR leaders they sell to.
You describe them in one sentence, see how many match at no cost, and pay only for the contacts Scalelist finds.
Describe the executives your partners sell to and see how many match before you spend a credit.

Why consultancies use Scalelist for sales data
Consulting is sold executive to executive, so the data that fills a partner’s calendar is a number that reaches the executive directly, and phone numbers are where Scalelist is strongest.

- A market you can size: Scalelist’s Lead Finder matches 290,000+ CEOs, COOs and CFOs at US companies with 51 to 500 employees (September 2026 count).
- Executives take calls: 57% of C-level and VP buyers said they prefer to be contacted by phone in RAIN Group’s survey of 488 buyers (RAIN Group, 2018).
- Mobiles, measured: in our 8-provider benchmark, Scalelist found a phone number for 87% of the same North America list, the most of any tool we tested.
- Pay on success: 20 credits per mobile found, 1 per lead or email found, 0 when nothing is found. New accounts get 20 free credits, no credit card required.
In our own customer data, consulting and professional services firms are among the accounts most likely to move from the free trial to a paid plan.
The job: keep the pipeline full between engagements
A consultancy sells when a partner has time, and partners have time when an engagement ends. The job is a pipeline that keeps moving while everyone is billable: a short list of executives with a live problem, called in small batches every week.
Most consulting firms have no sales team to do it. The US had 170,373 management consulting firms with employees in 2022, and 95% of them had fewer than 20 employees (US Census Bureau). At that size, the partners prospect.
Who consultancies call, by practice
Consultancies call the executive who owns the problem their practice solves, plus the CEO at smaller companies, where the CEO often signs.

- Finance and CFO advisory: CFOs, or controllers at companies too small for one.
- Operations and performance: COOs and VPs of operations.
- Technology and digital: CIOs and IT directors. The CIO email list guide and the IT decision makers email list show which titles to include, and IT and security firms can follow our IT lead generation playbook.
- HR and people: chief people officers and VPs of HR at companies large enough to have one.
- Private equity value creation: operating partners, who can open doors at several portfolio companies.
Angles, openers and a cadence for each practice are in our consulting lead generation playbook.
How Scalelist builds consulting sales data
Scalelist turns a description of your buyer into consulting leads a partner can call in three steps, and only the last step uses credits.

- Describe the executive. Title, company size, industry, location and, when it matters, time in role, in one sentence.
- Size it for free. Scalelist shows what it understood and how many people match, so you know whether a practice has 1,200 targets or 66,000 before spending anything.
- Reveal the shortlist. Emails for every executive on the account, a mobile for the one the partner will call, then a push to HubSpot.
What Scalelist’s consulting sales data includes
Scalelist’s executive contact data gives each target account its leaders, with a verified email for each and a mobile where one can be found.
Executive mobiles, not the assistant’s line
Scalelist returns the executive’s mobile or direct dial when it can find one. In Nooks’ analysis of nearly 3 million dials, mobiles had a 45% higher connect rate than other numbers, and finance professionals were 148% more likely to answer on a mobile (Nooks, 2025).
New executives, by time in role
Ask for executives who started their role in the last 3 months. Scalelist matches 4,100+ CEOs, COOs and CFOs at US companies with 51 to 500 employees who did. The method is in our guide to finding new executives in their first 90 days.
Industry and size in plain English
Lead Finder reads title, seniority, industry, location, company size and time in role from one sentence. “COOs and VPs of operations at US manufacturers with 201 to 1,000 employees” is a complete search, and it matches 4,900+ people.
Verified emails for the follow-up
Every email is verified before it is returned and labeled Valid or Risky. An email Scalelist cannot find comes back Not found and costs nothing.
See a consulting search in the app
A consulting search starts with one sentence and shows the count, the executives and their contact status on one screen.

Copy these sentences into Scalelist’s Lead Finder and change the title, industry or size to match your practice:
CEOs, COOs and CFOs at US companies with 51 to 500 employees who started their role in the last 3 months
COOs and VPs of operations at manufacturers in Ohio and Michigan with 201 to 1,000 employees
Chief people officers and VPs of HR at US companies with 201 to 1,000 employees
Operating partners at US private equity firms
CIOs and IT directors at health care organizations in Texas with 201 to 1,000 employees
What a partner’s target list costs
Sixty target companies with three executives each, emails for all and one mobile per company, cost at most 1,560 credits, which fits the Scaler 2K plan at 89 USD a month.

That is 180 leads and up to 180 emails at 1 credit each, plus up to 60 mobiles at 20 credits each. Every contact Scalelist cannot find costs 0, so the real bill is usually lower.
On Scaler 2K that is at most 26 credits, or about 1.16 USD, per company. Pricing is not per seat, so five partners do not mean five licenses. Unused credits roll over up to 2x your monthly allocation while you stay subscribed.
Where the consulting list goes next
Scalelist hands the list to the CRM and outreach tools your firm already runs. It does not dial or send email.

- HubSpot: push selected leads with your field mapping; existing contacts and companies are updated by email and domain. Details in the HubSpot integration guide. HubSpot is the only native CRM today.
- Salesforce and other CRMs: use the Scalelist Zapier app (Email Finder and Mobile Finder actions) or the REST API.
- Sequencers: direct sync to lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker and Saleshandy.
- Claude and ChatGPT: the Scalelist MCP server builds a list from a chat and preps each call, at the same credit cost.
- On a company’s website: the Scalelist Chrome extension finds verified emails and mobiles for the people on its leadership page.
Where Scalelist falls short for consultancies
Scalelist is B2B data for consultants who call; it does not know which companies are ready to hire outside help.
- No project or budget signals. It knows people, titles and company size, not which companies plan a transformation or have budget for advisers.
- Niche practices run out. Scalelist matches 6,000+ HR leaders at US companies with 201 to 1,000 employees and 1,200+ private equity operating partners, so plan how often you can call each one.
- Counts are upper bounds. Title synonyms widen a search, and some profiles match on a past role.
- Coverage drops outside North America. In our benchmark, Scalelist found phone numbers for 73% of the EMEA list and 75% of APAC, against 87% in North America.
- No pre-built list for sale. You build the list when you need it; see build or buy a B2B email list.
- Not the cheapest for email only. If your partners never call, an email-only tool can cost less per address.
Scalelist for other phone-first teams
The same describe, size and reveal workflow serves other teams that sell by phone. Our lead list guide covers the method, and these pages cover the buyers: manufacturers’ sales teams, staffing and recruiting agencies, healthcare vendors and MSPs and IT service providers.

What is the best consulting sales data?
The best consulting sales data reaches the executive who owns the problem your practice solves, with a direct number and a verified email, current on the day a partner calls. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, returns both from a one-sentence description, sizes the list for free and charges only for the contacts it finds.
Can Scalelist find CEO and CFO mobile numbers?
Yes, when one can be found. Describe the executives by title, company size, industry and location, and Scalelist returns matching people with a mobile or direct dial where it finds one. In our benchmark it found a phone number for 87% of a North America list of founders. You pay 10 credits per mobile found and nothing when none is found.
How much does consulting sales data cost in Scalelist?
Sizing a search is free. You pay 1 credit per lead, 1 per email and 20 per mobile, only when each is found. Sixty companies with three executives each and one mobile per company cost at most 1,560 credits, within Scaler 2K at 89 USD a month. Plans start at 29 USD, with no seats and no annual contract.
Does Scalelist integrate with Salesforce?
Not natively. HubSpot is the only CRM Scalelist pushes to directly, with field mapping. For Salesforce or another CRM, use the Scalelist Zapier app (Email Finder and Mobile Finder actions), the REST API or a CSV import. The sequencers lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker and Saleshandy have a direct sync.
Where does Scalelist get its data?
Scalelist finds and verifies contact details on demand rather than serving a pre-compiled list. It operates under the GDPR and Singapore’s PDPA, with a Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses and a published sub-processor list. Contact data you upload is never added to Scalelist’s database. Details are in the Scalelist trust center.
Is it legal to cold call executives?
Generally yes, for a live call dialed by a person. The FTC exempts most business-to-business sales calls from Do Not Call rules, but calls to a mobile made with an autodialer or a prerecorded voice need prior express consent under the TCPA. A personal mobile is a grey area, because Do Not Call protection follows the number. This is not legal advice; see our guide to B2B cold calling laws.
Can Scalelist find executives who just started a new role?
Yes, as a search. Add “who started their role in the last 3 months” to your sentence and Lead Finder reads it as time in role: it matches 4,100+ CEOs, COOs and CFOs at US companies with 51 to 500 employees today. It is not an alert, so run the search again each month for the next group.
