The best Kaspr alternatives in 2026 are Scalelist, Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, Prospeo, LeadIQ, Surfe, Wiza and FullEnrich. The right one depends on what Kaspr is not giving you: more mobile numbers, no per-user price, a list you can build without browsing profiles, or phone numbers in more regions.
Every tool below gets the same seven fields, taken from its own pricing page on 27 September 2026: what it is, entry price, pricing model, mobile numbers and cost, whether a miss is charged, who it fits and where it falls short. When a vendor does not publish something, we write “not published”.
We make Scalelist, and it is on this list. Kaspr costs less per phone than Scalelist’s entry plan, and the price chart below shows it.
Why people look for Kaspr alternatives
Most teams look for Kaspr alternatives because of how Kaspr caps phone credits and prices each user, not because its European mobiles are weak. Kaspr’s own pricing page and help center spell out the terms.

- Every user pays. Starter costs 65 USD per user a month (59 EUR in the default euro view) and Business 99 USD. Five reps on Business pay 495 USD a month. Paid-plan credits are shared across the workspace.
- Phone credits are capped. Starter includes 100 phone credits per user a month, Business 200 and Free 5. A rep who calls 15 new prospects a day needs about 300.
- It is built around LinkedIn. Kaspr works mainly as a Chrome extension on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite, plus a web dashboard. Signing up needs “a verified business email and at least 20 connections on your LinkedIn account.”
- Exports and repeats use credits. Export credits “are spent every time you export your lead’s profile outside the Kaspr platform,” and in CSV enrichment “A credit will be spent on a profile even if it’s been enriched before.”
- Not open in California. Kaspr’s help center says California residents cannot log in, citing California privacy rules.
- API on request. Starter has “Limited API access,” and the plan comparison lists API access as “Upon Request.”
To be fair to Kaspr: work emails are unlimited on paid plans under a fair use policy, and one phone credit covers a lead “regardless of the number of phone numbers associated with” it. Kaspr says it focuses on direct mobile numbers, and its plan comparison says unused monthly credits roll over. At 0.50 to 0.65 USD per phone credit, it costs less per mobile than Scalelist’s entry plan.
If your reps are happy in Kaspr’s extension and call fewer than 10 new people a day, staying on Kaspr is a sensible choice. Our Kaspr pricing breakdown walks through each plan.
Kaspr alternatives compared at a glance
The 9 Kaspr alternatives differ most on four things that change your bill: the entry price, the billing model, what a mobile number costs and whether you pay when nothing is found. Kaspr’s own row comes first for reference.

What is the best alternative to Kaspr?
The best alternative to Kaspr depends on why you are leaving. If your reps call as much as they email and you want more mobiles without a per-user price, Scalelist sells mobile numbers charged only when found, with no seats, and in our benchmark it found a phone number for 73% of an EMEA list.
For Kaspr’s strength, calling into Europe, Cognism is the quote-only enterprise option with phone-verified mobiles. Lusha is the closest self-serve extension, Apollo.io and Prospeo sell the cheapest phone credits, and LeadIQ, Surfe and Wiza fit reps who capture prospects while browsing. FullEnrich suits teams that want to pay only for results with unlimited users.
How we picked and compared these tools
We picked the Kaspr competitors that buyers shortlist for the same job, verified work emails and direct mobiles for outbound, and checked each one on its own website.
- Published price: the cheapest paid plan, with both billing options where the page shows them. Quote-only means “not published”.
- Billing model: seats, credits or allowances, and whether monthly billing is allowed.
- Mobile numbers: sold or not, and what one costs in credits and in dollars at the entry plan.
- Misses: whether a lookup that finds nothing costs you anything, in the vendor’s own words.
- Evidence: coverage numbers only from our own published benchmark, and only for tools that were in it. Vendor claims are labeled as claims.
- Date: every pricing page was rendered in a US-locale browser on 27 September 2026. Prices change, so check before you sign.
Cognism is the only quote-only database here, because it is the one known for European mobiles; our Cognism alternatives page covers that tier. For other enterprise options, see ZoomInfo competitors compared and our Seamless.AI alternatives roundup.
The 9 best Kaspr alternatives in 2026
Each tool below has the same seven fields in the same order, so you can compare them line by line.
1. Scalelist
- What it is: Scalelist is an AI Lead Finder. You describe the people you want in one sentence, see how many match for free, then get them with verified work emails and mobile numbers.
- Entry price: 29 USD a month for 500 credits (Scaler 500), or 290 USD a year. Plans go up to 649 USD a month for 20,000 credits, with custom plans above that (Scalelist plans and credits).
- Pricing model: Credits, with no seats and no annual contract. 1 credit per lead or email found, 20 per mobile found. Unused credits roll over, up to 2x the monthly allocation, while you stay subscribed.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 20 credits per mobile found: about 1.16 USD on the 500-credit plan, 0.80 USD at 5,000 credits and 0.65 USD at 20,000.
- Charged on a miss: No. Nothing is charged when nothing is found, and every email is verified before it is returned and labeled Valid or Risky.
- Best for: Teams that call as much as they email and want mobiles without a per-user phone cap.
- Where it falls short: At the entry plan a mobile costs more than on Kaspr, Apollo.io, Prospeo, Lusha or FullEnrich. No sequencer or dialer. HubSpot is the only native CRM; Salesforce and Pipedrive connect through Zapier or the API.
2. Cognism
- What it is: Cognism is a B2B sales intelligence platform that sells contact data, including phone-verified mobile numbers, through quote-only Standard and Pro packages.
- Entry price: Not published. Both packages route to sales and include 5 seats (Cognism pricing page).
- Pricing model: Quote only. Each seat includes a credit allocation, “1 credit = 1 revealed contact”, and extra credits can be bought at any time.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, inside the same credit per revealed contact. Phone-verified mobiles go “through additional layers of verification checks,” and on-demand mobile verification is a Pro feature. Price per credit: not published.
- Charged on a miss: Not published. A credit is used “each time a contact record is revealed”.
- Best for: Teams calling into Europe and other markets with Do Not Call rules. Cognism screens phones against registries including the UK TPS and CTPS, the US, Australia, Germany and France.
- Where it falls short: No public prices and no single-seat plan. Intent data is Pro only, and a contact costs a credit again after a job change.
3. Lusha
- What it is: Lusha is a self-serve B2B contact data platform (web app, browser extension, API and MCP) that sells verified emails and phone numbers on credit plans.
- Entry price: 37.45 USD a month billed yearly (Starter, 4,800 credits a year), or 49.90 USD billed monthly (400 credits a month). Free plan: 40 credits a month (Lusha pricing page).
- Pricing model: Credits. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5. Monthly Pro and Premium plans roll credits over up to 2x; annual credits reset at the end of the year.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 5 credits each: about 0.62 USD on Starter billed monthly and 0.47 USD billed yearly. Lusha claims 117M+ direct dials.
- Charged on a miss: Partly. CSV rows with no match are free, but every API request costs at least 1 credit, and bulk reveals charge for contacts with partial data.
- Best for: Individual reps and small teams that want Kaspr’s extension workflow on a month-to-month credit plan.
- Where it falls short: Teams above 5 users must go through sales, CSV exports cost 1 credit per 25 rows, and per-user credit limits need the Scale plan.
4. Apollo.io
- What it is: Apollo.io is an all-in-one sales platform: a B2B contact database plus sequences, a dialer and deal tools, sold per seat with a credit allowance.
- Entry price: 49 USD per seat a month billed yearly (Basic, 30,000 credits per seat a year), or 65 USD billed monthly (2,500 credits a month). Free plan: 75 credits per seat a month (Apollo.io pricing page).
- Pricing model: Per seat plus credits: 1 credit per email, 8 per phone number. The Organization plan is annual only, with a 3-seat minimum.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 8 credits each: about 0.21 USD on Basic billed monthly and 0.16 USD billed yearly. Apollo does not refund credits for mobile numbers.
- Charged on a miss: No for Apollo’s own data: “You aren’t charged if a source can’t find any data.” Its multi-source enrichment can bill for unverified results.
- Best for: SMB and mid-market teams that want data, sequences and a dialer in one per-seat tool.
- Where it falls short: Seats add up as the team grows, and international dialing is an add-on at 149 USD per team a month. In our benchmark it found a phone for 63% of the EMEA list and 8% in APAC.
5. Prospeo
- What it is: Prospeo is a B2B contact database and enrichment tool (search, CSV, CRM and API enrichment, Chrome extension) that returns verified work emails and mobile numbers.
- Entry price: 49 USD per user a month for 2,000 credits (Starter), or 37 USD per user billed yearly. Free plan: 100 credits a month (Prospeo pricing page).
- Pricing model: Per user plus credits. An email costs 1 credit and a mobile 10, with the email included. Unused credits expire at renewal.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 10 credits each: about 0.25 USD on Starter billed monthly and 0.18 USD billed yearly.
- Charged on a miss: No. Exports cost “1 credit per email found (0 if no email is found)”.
- Best for: Teams that want a searchable database with mobiles at a low credit price and are fine paying per user.
- Where it falls short: Credits do not roll over, and HubSpot and Salesforce sync start on Growth. In our benchmark it found phones for 75% of the North America list but 39% in EMEA.
6. LeadIQ
- What it is: LeadIQ is a prospecting tool for sales development teams (Chrome extension, database, CRM enrichment, API and MCP) that captures verified emails and mobile numbers into CRM and sequencing tools from one credit pool.
- Entry price: 15 USD a month billed yearly (Pro, 2,400 credits a year), or 20 USD billed monthly (200 credits a month), for up to 5 users. Free plan: 1 user, 50 credits (LeadIQ pricing page).
- Pricing model: Credits from one universal pool, priced on a credit slider. An email costs 1 credit, a phone number 10 and both together 11.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 10 credits each: about 1.00 USD at the lowest monthly tier and 0.75 USD yearly. LeadIQ claims an “85 % global match-rate (70 % in EMEA and climbing)”.
- Charged on a miss: No, per its MCP billing rules: “Paid tools bill for data that is actually returned.” A returned work email is charged “whatever its verification status”.
- Best for: SDR teams of up to 5 that capture prospects while browsing and push them into Salesforce and their sequencer.
- Where it falls short: Teams above 5 users move to Enterprise, which is annual and quote-based. HubSpot connects through Workato, and database search is listed as “Limited Access” on two plans.
7. Surfe
- What it is: Surfe is a prospecting and CRM enrichment tool (Chrome extension, web app, API and MCP) that finds emails and mobile numbers by querying 15+ data providers and syncs contacts to the CRM.
- Entry price: 49 USD per user a month billed monthly (Essential, 150 email and 50 mobile credits), or 39 USD billed annually. Free plan: 20 email and 5 mobile credits a month (Surfe pricing page).
- Pricing model: Per user plus two allowances: 1 email credit per email found and 1 mobile credit per valid mobile. Pro is 89 USD per user a month with 1,000 email and 100 mobile credits.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 50 a month on Essential and 100 on Pro. Counting the whole Essential price against its 50 mobiles gives about 0.98 USD each, with the emails included.
- Charged on a miss: No. “If no result is available, no credit is deducted.”
- Best for: Reps who prospect from the browser and want contacts pushed straight into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- Where it falls short: The mobile allowance is small next to the email allowance, the multi-provider enrichment API is Enterprise only, and the Surfe for CRM connector costs 29 USD a month extra.
8. Wiza
- What it is: Wiza is a prospecting platform and Chrome extension that finds and verifies emails and phone numbers in real time, from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator or its own 850M+ contact search.
- Entry price: 49 USD per user a month on Starter, billed monthly only (100 valid emails and 100 phone numbers a month). Free plan: 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers (Wiza pricing page).
- Pricing model: Per user plus allowances, with overage at 0.15 USD per valid email and 0.35 USD per phone. Annual plans unlock unlimited reveals: Email at 990 USD and Email + Phone at 1,990 USD per user a year.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes: 100 a month on Starter, about 0.49 USD each if you use them all, then 0.35 USD per extra phone. Unlimited on the annual Email + Phone plan.
- Charged on a miss: No, by its credit rules: “1 email credit = 1 valid email” and “1 phone credit = 1 contact enriched with phone number(s)”. Risky emails use no email credit.
- Best for: Prospectors who work in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and want flat annual pricing with unlimited reveals.
- Where it falls short: Priced per user, “unlimited” annual plans cap list exports at 2,500 a month, and CSV import and API access sit on the Team plan.
9. FullEnrich
- What it is: FullEnrich is a multi-provider enrichment tool that queries 20+ third-party data vendors in turn to find and verify work emails, personal emails and mobile numbers.
- Entry price: 29 USD a month for 500 credits (Pro), or 26 USD a month billed yearly for 6,000 credits a year. Free trial: 50 credits, no card (FullEnrich pricing page).
- Pricing model: Credits, with unlimited users on every plan. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Credits stay valid 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on yearly plans.
- Mobile numbers and cost: Yes, 10 credits each: about 0.58 USD at 500 credits and 0.50 USD at 10,000. Numbers are checked for landlines and out-of-service lines.
- Charged on a miss: No. “If we can’t find the data, you don’t pay.”
- Best for: Teams that want one pay-per-result tool for emails and mobiles, shared by unlimited users.
- Where it falls short: Credits expire after 3 or 12 months, it has no contact database of its own, and it was not in our benchmark, so its “80%+ find rate” is its own claim.
Why Scalelist is the better fit for teams that call and email
Scalelist fits teams whose reps pick up the phone and have outgrown a per-user phone cap, because it prices each mobile as a result and shares credits across the team. Here is the case, and where it stops.
Phone coverage in Europe and beyond, measured
We ran the same list of founders through 8 data providers in North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America, and published the raw data in our B2B data provider comparison. Kaspr was not in that test; Scalelist, Apollo.io and Prospeo from this page were.

On the EMEA list, Scalelist found a phone number for 73%, Apollo.io for 63% and Prospeo for 39%. In APAC the gap widens: 75% for Scalelist, 44% for Prospeo and 8% for Apollo.io.
It is our own test, not an independent study. Kaspr’s strength is European mobiles, so run 100 of your own European and US contacts through Kaspr and your top alternative, and count the calls that connect. Our data provider test method shows how.
No phone cap per user
Scalelist has no seats and no monthly phone allowance. A mobile costs 20 credits, an email 1 and a lead 1, and a miss costs nothing. On the 10,000-credit plan (349 USD a month), the team shares 500 mobiles, 10,000 emails or any mix of the two.
You also see how many people match your description before you spend a credit, so you can size a calling list before you pay for it.
One sentence instead of browsing profiles
You describe the audience, for example “Directors of Operations at US food and beverage manufacturers with 100 to 500 employees”. The Scalelist Lead Finder shows what it understood and how many people match. Then you export a CSV, push to HubSpot or send the leads to lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker or Saleshandy.

Like working from a browser extension? The Scalelist Chrome extension finds verified work emails and mobile numbers for prospects on company websites and profiles, at 1 credit per lead and 20 per mobile. Leaving Kaspr with an export of names and companies? Upload it to the Mobile Finder and pay 20 credits only for the mobiles it finds.
Where Scalelist is not the best choice
Scalelist is not the cheapest tool per phone credit, and for a few reps who stay inside Kaspr’s caps it costs more.

- Cheapest phone credit: on paper, Apollo.io (0.21 USD), Prospeo (0.25), Kaspr Business (0.50), FullEnrich (0.58), Lusha (0.62) and Kaspr Starter (0.65) all cost less per number than Scalelist’s entry plan at 1.16 USD. Scalelist drops to 0.65 USD at 20,000 credits. Compare the cost per number that connects, not per credit.
- A few reps inside their caps: three Kaspr Business users get 600 phone credits and unlimited work emails for 297 USD a month. On Scalelist, 500 mobiles take the 10,000-credit plan at 349 USD.
- Unlimited work emails and personal emails: Kaspr’s paid plans include unlimited B2B emails under fair use and sell direct (personal) emails. Scalelist charges 1 credit per work email found.
- Phone-verified European data with DNC screening: Cognism publishes both. Scalelist does not.
- Security reviews: Scalelist operates under the GDPR and Singapore’s PDPA, with a Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses and a published sub-processor list, and holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
Describe the people you look up in Kaspr in one sentence and see how many match before you spend a credit.
Describe your buyer in one sentenceHow to choose a Kaspr alternative
Choose a Kaspr alternative by the one limit that pushed you out, then by how you want to pay for it.

- Count last month’s phones per rep. If each rep stays under 100 to 200 new numbers, Kaspr’s caps may still fit.
- Price phones and emails separately. On credit plans a phone costs 5 to 20 times an email (Lusha 5, Apollo.io 8, Prospeo, LeadIQ and FullEnrich 10, Scalelist 20). Kaspr, Surfe and Wiza sell phones as a monthly allowance instead.
- Test in your regions. Run the same 100 European and US contacts through Kaspr and your top two alternatives and count connected calls, not returned numbers.
- Ask how a miss is billed in the vendor’s words, for the extension, CSV uploads and the API separately.
- Check seats and terms. Kaspr, Lusha, Apollo.io, Prospeo, Surfe and Wiza price per user; Scalelist, FullEnrich and LeadIQ (up to 5 users) do not. Our guide to credits versus seats explains the trade-off.
- Keep what already works. Pick a tool that pushes to the CRM or sequencer you already use, so only the data source changes.

FAQ
What are the best Kaspr alternatives?
The best Kaspr alternatives in 2026 are Scalelist, Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, Prospeo, LeadIQ, Surfe, Wiza and FullEnrich. Scalelist fits teams that call and email and want mobiles charged only when found, with no seats. Cognism is the quote-only option for Europe, Lusha, Surfe and Wiza are browser-extension tools, Apollo.io and Prospeo sell the cheapest phone credits, and FullEnrich charges per result with unlimited users.
Which Kaspr alternative is best for European mobile numbers?
For a tested number, Scalelist: in our own benchmark it found a phone number for 73% of an EMEA list, against 63% for Apollo.io and 39% for Prospeo. Kaspr and Cognism, both known for European mobiles, were not in that test, and Cognism publishes phone verification and DNC screening. Run 100 of your own European contacts through two or three tools before you choose.
Is there a Kaspr alternative without per-user pricing?
Yes. Scalelist has no seats: one plan’s credits serve the whole team, from 29 USD a month for 500 credits. FullEnrich includes unlimited users on every plan, and LeadIQ’s Pro plan covers up to 5 users. Kaspr, Lusha, Apollo.io, Prospeo, Surfe and Wiza all price per user or per seat, and Cognism packages start with 5 seats.
Does Kaspr charge for phone numbers it cannot find?
Not in CSV enrichment. Kaspr’s guide says one credit is used for each piece of contact information found, and with the phone set as mandatory, “If Kaspr can’t find a phone number, it won’t use credits on that lead.” The rule inside the Chrome extension is not stated. Export credits are spent every time a profile is exported outside Kaspr.
Do Kaspr credits roll over?
Yes, according to Kaspr’s plan comparison, which says unused monthly credits roll over to the next month. Paid-plan credits are also shared across the workspace, while Free-plan credits stay personal. Among the alternatives, Scalelist rolls credits over up to 2x the monthly plan, FullEnrich credits last 3 or 12 months, and Prospeo credits expire at renewal.
Is Scalelist a good Kaspr alternative?
For teams that call more than Kaspr’s caps allow, yes. Scalelist, an AI Lead Finder, returns verified work emails and mobile numbers from a one-sentence description, charges 20 credits per mobile and 1 per email only when found, and has no seats. For a few reps inside 100 to 200 phones a month, Kaspr costs less, and Kaspr also sells personal emails while Scalelist finds work emails.
