Kaspr costs $49 or $79 a month on annual billing, or $65 and $99 monthly. B2B email credits are unlimited on every paid plan, which sounds like the headline. It is not. Phone credits are strictly metered, and phone data is what you are actually buying.
Kaspr pricing in 2026
| Plan | Annual (per month) | Monthly | B2B emails | Phone credits | Direct email credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 15 / month | 5 | 5 |
| Starter | $49 | $65 | Unlimited | 100 / month (1,200 / year) | 5 / month (60 / year) |
| Business | $79 | $99 | Unlimited | 200 / month (2,400 / year) | 200 / month (2,400 / year) |
| Organization | Custom | Annual only | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Annual billing is 25 percent off and releases twelve months of credits up front. The Organization plan is annual only with a minimum of five users. Credits are pooled across all users in the account rather than allocated per seat, and unused monthly credits roll over.
Unlimited emails is not the offer. Phones are.
Every paid Kaspr plan gives unlimited B2B email credits. That removes email from the pricing conversation entirely and puts all the weight on two metered pools:
- Phone credits: 100 a month on Starter, 200 on Business.
- Direct email credits (personal rather than work addresses): 5 a month on Starter, 200 on Business.
Read the Starter row carefully. 100 phone credits a month is roughly five numbers a working day. For a rep whose job is calling, that is not a working allowance, and the five direct email credits a month are close to symbolic. The jump to Business doubles the phones and multiplies direct emails by forty, which is the actual reason to upgrade.
Cost per phone number
| Plan | Annual cost / month | Phone credits / month | Effective cost per number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | 100 | ~$0.49 |
| Business | $79 | 200 | ~$0.40 |
What is not in the sticker price
- Organization requires a minimum of five users and annual billing.
- Add-on credits are billed at your next renewal period, not immediately, which makes mid-cycle top-ups easy to lose track of.
- Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually.
- Direct email credits are a separate pool from B2B emails. Unlimited applies only to the work-email pool.
Where Scalelist sits on this
Both products are built around the same insight, that verified mobile numbers are the scarce input in an outbound motion. The difference is structural: Kaspr gives unlimited work emails and meters phones tightly at 100 to 200 a month. Scalelist meters everything from one pool where a mobile costs twenty credits, so a $49 plan buying 1,000 credits is 50 mobile numbers, or a larger number of emails, and you decide the mix month by month rather than at purchase.
| Monthly credits | Price / month |
|---|---|
| 500 | $29 |
| 1,000 | $49 |
| 2,000 | $89 |
| 5,000 | $199 |
| 10,000 | $349 |
| 20,000 | $649 |
One credit finds a lead, one credit returns a verified email, twenty credits return a verified mobile number. You are only charged when something is actually found. Annual billing is two months free and unused credits roll over up to twice your monthly allowance.
