Kixie pricing is not published: as of October 2026, Kixie lists three plans (Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer) and quotes the per-seat price per team after a 7-day free trial. Every plan includes unlimited minutes for US and Canada calls.
The quote is only part of the bill. Usage outside the unlimited zone, local presence numbers, premium add-ons and the contract terms change what a seat really costs. And Kixie does not supply the thing a dialer burns through fastest: the phone numbers you load into it. This page covers all of it, with the math.
Kixie pricing at a glance (October 2026)
Kixie’s pricing page lists three plans, all on one feature base, and shows no price for any of them. Here is what each plan includes, from the page rendered on 30 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | Dialing | Minutes | Adds on top of Professional |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | Not published, quoted per team | Click-to-call | Unlimited US/Canada | Base plan: phone, CRM, SMS, voicemail drop, recording |
| Single-Line PowerDialer | Not published | Power dialer, 1 line | Unlimited US/Canada | PowerDialer, calling session management |
| Multi-Line PowerDialer | Not published | Power dialer, up to 4 lines | Unlimited US/Canada | 4 lines, AI Human Voice Detection (premium add-on) |

Kixie plans explained
Each Kixie plan is a step up in how many numbers a rep can dial at once. The phone system, CRM link and inbound routing are the same on all three.
Professional
Professional is the base plan, which Kixie describes as “perfect for individual sales professionals”. It includes business phone service, two-way CRM integration, texting, click-to-call, voicemail drop, live coaching, call recording, inbound routing and the developer API.
- No power dialer. Reps click each number. Fine for inbound or light outbound, not for call blocks.
- Who it fits: account managers and reps who call warm leads one at a time.
Single-Line PowerDialer
Single-Line PowerDialer adds a dialer that rings the next number on a list the moment a call ends, plus calling session management. It is the plan for a rep who works a list in daily blocks. For how this mode compares with others, see our guide to power dialers.
Multi-Line PowerDialer
Multi-Line PowerDialer rings up to 4 numbers at once for one rep and is marked “most popular” on Kixie’s page. AI Human Voice Detection, which connects the rep only when a person answers, is listed on this plan as a premium add-on.
An older Kixie help article (October 2025) lists PowerDialer add-ons for 1, 4 and 10 lines. The pricing page now shows up to 4. If you need more lines per rep, compare true parallel dialers before you sign.
Kixie add-ons
Kixie sells three add-ons on top of any plan, all without a published price:
- ConnectionBoost (premium): Kixie says it improves connection quality and live-answer rates.
- Conversation Intelligence (premium): AI call analysis.
- DNC (Do Not Call): labeled a “Compliance Add-on” on the pricing page.
How much does Kixie cost per seat?
Kixie does not publish a per-seat cost. Its facts page, reviewed in October 2026, says per-seat prices “are not published and are quoted per team” and asks readers to link to the pricing page rather than quote a price.
So the only reliable Kixie cost is the one in your own quote. Third-party pricing guides that rank for this search print dollar figures, but Kixie states those figures do not come from it. To get a real number, start the 7-day trial (no credit card) and ask sales for a written quote per plan, on both monthly and annual terms.
Hidden Kixie costs and contract terms
The extra Kixie costs sit in usage, phone numbers, add-ons and billing rules, and most of them are documented in Kixie’s own help center.

Minutes: unlimited or per-minute
Kixie runs two minute models side by side. On unlimited minutes, standard US and Canada calls are included; only calls that cost more than 0.02 USD a minute are charged. On the per-minute plan, each user gets the first 300 standard-rate minutes (0.02 USD a minute and under), then pays per call.

- What unlimited excludes: inbound calls to toll-free numbers, remote areas such as parts of Alaska and Hawaii, premium and special rate codes. Outbound calls to UK landlines and select mobile carriers, and to many EU landlines, are included.
- Kixie’s own rule of thumb: if a user makes more than one hour a business day of standard-rate calls, unlimited works out cheaper than per-minute.
- The default trap: if you add a card but pick no plan, Kixie puts the user on the Professional pay-per-minute plan.
The 50 USD minutes reserve
When you first add a card, Kixie invoices a 50 USD reserve that pays for minutes and SMS. Every account funds it, even if every user is on unlimited minutes. When the balance dips below 50 USD, Kixie recharges it, which is why charges can appear between invoices.
International calls and texts
Kixie prices calls and texts by the destination country. Its per-minute table lists several rates per country by number type: Germany, for example, ranges from 0.037 to 0.695 USD a minute. International numbers take 1 to 4 days to order and some countries ask for local business documents.
Local presence numbers
Local presence is not just a switch. Kixie’s trial FAQ says the Professional tier “does not include Local Presence phone numbers”: you buy individual numbers or a Local Presence package. Ask for that price before you compare quotes.
Seats, refunds and contracts
- No setup fee, no refunds. Subscription charges are not refunded once they go through, so remove seats before the bill date.
- Added users are prorated and charged right away. Kixie advises replacing an agent instead of adding one.
- Contracts lock seat counts. Under a contract you can only downgrade or delete licenses in the last 30 days of the term.
- Annual cycles: no refunds or credits for seat changes made mid-cycle.
- Payment terms vary “depending on your team size and plan”, per Kixie’s billing article.
What a Kixie calling seat really costs, numbers included
A Kixie calling seat costs the quote plus usage plus the contact data you load into it, and Kixie supplies none of that data. Its facts page and plan list describe calling, texting and CRM sync; mobile numbers are not sold on any page we reviewed.

That last line decides whether the seat pays off. Gong’s study of 300 million cold calls found the average rep connects on 5.4% of dials, about 19 dials per conversation. Nooks found that mobile numbers connect 45% more often than other numbers, across nearly 3 million dials. A 4-line dialer working a list of switchboards still connects to switchboards.
What the numbers cost on top of Kixie
Scalelist, an AI lead finder, charges 10 credits per mobile number found and nothing when it finds none. Cost per mobile is fixed by the plan:
| Scalelist plan | Price per month | Mobiles it buys | Cost per mobile |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scaler 500 | 29 USD | 50 | 0.58 USD |
| Scaler 1K | 49 USD | 100 | 0.49 USD |
| Scaler 2K | 89 USD | 200 | 0.45 USD |
| Scaler 5K | 199 USD | 500 | 0.40 USD |
| Scaler 10K | 349 USD | 1,000 | 0.35 USD |
| Scaler 20K | 649 USD | 2,000 | 0.32 USD |

Worked example: 4 SDRs on Kixie
Marcus Bell runs a team of 4 SDRs at Keystone Freight Software in Columbus, Ohio. Each rep needs 250 new contacts with a mobile number every month.
- Mobiles needed: 4 x 250 = 1,000 a month.
- Credits: 1,000 x 10 = 10,000, which is the Scaler 10K plan at 349 USD a month, or about 87 USD per rep.
- Misses: at the 87% North America phone rate from our benchmark, Marcus submits about 1,150 contacts to get 1,000 mobiles. The 150 misses cost 0 credits.
- Total per seat: Kixie’s quoted seat + usage + about 87 USD of numbers. Unused credits roll over, up to 2x the monthly allocation.
Scalelist has no direct Kixie connector. You move the list by CSV upload into a Kixie PowerList, by pushing leads to HubSpot and dialing from there, or through Zapier. The steps are in our dialer integration guide.

Get 100 credits to test itIs Kixie worth it?
Kixie is worth it for small and mid-size sales teams that want one seat for business calling, texting, inbound routing and a power dialer, wired into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or HighLevel. It is a harder buy when you need to know the price before a sales call.
Kixie fits you if:
- Your reps call and text from the same number and want every touch logged to the CRM.
- You dial mostly US and Canada numbers, where minutes are unlimited.
- Up to 4 lines per rep is enough.
Look elsewhere if:
- You need a published seat price to get budget approved.
- Your reps need more lines at once with built-in answer detection.
- You only need contact data, not a phone system.
Cheaper or better-fit Kixie alternatives
JustCall and Aircall are the closest swaps with a published price, and Scalelist covers the data line Kixie leaves open. The same five fields for each:
| Tool | Entry price with a power dialer (monthly / annual) | Seat minimum | Lines per rep | Supplies contact data |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kixie | Not published, quoted per team | Not published | 1, or up to 4 | No |
| JustCall | 69 / 49 USD per user a month (Pro) | 2 licenses | Not published (up to 10 on quote-only SalesPro) | No |
| Aircall | 70 / 50 USD per license a month (Professional) | 3 users | Not published | No |
| Scalelist | 29 USD a month for 500 credits (not a dialer) | None, no per-seat pricing | Not a dialer | Yes: 10 credits per mobile found, 0 on a miss |

- JustCall: the power dialer starts on Pro. Predictive dialing up to 10 lines is on the quote-only SalesPro plan.
- Aircall: Power Dialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns start on Professional, not Essentials.
- Scalelist: finds and verifies contact details on demand rather than serving a pre-compiled list, and pairs with any of the three dialers.

How to buy Kixie smart
The cheapest Kixie setup is the plan your reps actually use, priced in writing, with data budgeted as its own line. These steps follow Kixie’s published billing rules.
- Trial with your real list. Load 200 of your own contacts into the 7-day trial and count connects per hour, not just dials.
- Get a quote for every plan. Ask for Professional, Single-Line and Multi-Line side by side, monthly and annual.
- Price the extras up front. ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence, AI Human Voice Detection, DNC and local presence numbers.
- Pick the minute model per rep. Kixie’s own rule: over an hour of standard-rate calls a business day, unlimited is cheaper.
- Plan seats before you sign. Under a contract, seats only go down in the last 30 days. Replace agents instead of adding them.
- Budget the numbers separately. Seats x new contacts per rep x your mobile hit rate tells you the data line. Size it with a cold calling list build before the trial ends.
Rules apply to who you can call and how. Read our B2B cold calling laws overview before you load a list.
If your data budget also covers an enterprise database, compare it with ZoomInfo’s pricing. Our benchmark of 8 data providers shows phone find rates by region, and Scalelist plans start at 29 USD a month. More vendor breakdowns are on the Scalelist blog.
FAQ
How much does Kixie cost?
Kixie does not publish its prices. As of October 2026, the pricing page lists three plans (Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer) and Kixie quotes the per-seat price per team. Kixie’s facts page says any dollar figure attributed to it by a third party is not from Kixie, so ask for a written quote.
How much does the Kixie multi-line dialer cost?
The Kixie Multi-Line PowerDialer price is not published. The plan power dials up to 4 lines at once, includes unlimited US and Canada minutes, and lists AI Human Voice Detection as a premium add-on with its own price. Ask Kixie for the seat price and the add-on price together, since the add-on is what skips voicemails.
Does Kixie have a free plan?
No. Kixie offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and every plan is paid. During the trial you use the Kixie dialer for Google Chrome, and Kixie says sales can add more agents to the trial. After the trial, each user needs a paid plan.
Does Kixie charge per minute?
Sometimes. All three plans include unlimited minutes for standard US and Canada calls. Calls costing more than 0.02 USD a minute, such as many international destinations, are deducted from a prepaid reserve that starts at 50 USD. Users on the per-minute plan get 300 standard-rate minutes, then pay per call.
Does Kixie require an annual contract?
Not always. Kixie says payment terms depend on team size and plan, and its billing pages describe contracts as well as annual and quarterly bill cycles. Under a contract, you can only downgrade or delete licenses in the last 30 days of the term, and annual cycles get no refunds for mid-cycle seat changes.
Does Kixie include phone numbers to call?
No. Kixie gives reps business phone numbers to call from, and sells local presence numbers separately, but it does not sell prospect contact data. You bring the list. Scalelist, an AI lead finder, finds mobile numbers for 10 credits each, only when found, and you load them into a Kixie PowerList by CSV, HubSpot or Zapier.
What are the alternatives to Kixie?
The closest Kixie alternatives with a published price are JustCall Pro at 69 USD per user a month (49 USD annual) and Aircall Professional at 70 USD per license (50 USD annual). Orum and Nooks are quote-only parallel dialers. Our Kixie alternatives page compares 9 dialers on the same fields.
