CloudTalk pricing starts at 25 USD per user a month on the Starter plan billed annually, or 34 USD billed monthly. As of November 2026, an outbound team usually lands on Expert (49 USD annual, 69 USD monthly, 3-user minimum), the first plan with the power dialer included. A smaller team can add it to Essential for 44 USD.
The seat is only the first line. The real CloudTalk cost also depends on a prepaid credit balance, phone numbers, add-ons, and taxes and fees. CloudTalk also does not supply the prospect numbers your reps dial. This page gives you the math for a 5-rep and a 10-rep team.
CloudTalk pricing at a glance (November 2026)
CloudTalk prices every plan per user per month, in USD for US customers, with about a quarter off for paying annually. All three plans include unlimited calls to the US and Canada under a fair use limit.

CloudTalk plans explained
CloudTalk plans step up in routing, integrations and outbound tools. Call recording, local numbers in 160+ countries, 24/7 chat and email support and free inbound calls on standard numbers are on all three plans.
Starter: the phone system
Starter gives you click-to-call, call recording, queues and a visual call flow builder. It has no CRM integrations, no API and no SMS. It fits a small team that takes calls and dials by hand from a browser.
Essential: integrations and SMS
Essential adds the 95+ standard CRM, helpdesk and ATS integrations, the API, the workflow designer, voicemail drop and SMS. It is the lowest plan that can log calls to HubSpot or Pipedrive. Salesforce is not included.
Expert: the outbound plan
Expert adds the power dialer, campaign management and scheduling, the Salesforce integration, live call monitoring, wallboards, WhatsApp and phone support. It needs 3 users, so the smallest Expert bill is 147 USD a month on annual billing or 207 USD monthly.
Custom: larger teams
Custom is a quote for teams that want tailored terms. CloudTalk publishes no price or seat threshold for it.
What a CloudTalk dialer seat really costs
A CloudTalk seat with a dialer costs 40 to 88 USD per user a month on annual billing, depending on the plan and the dialing mode. CloudTalk now sells both modes as its AI Sales Dialer.
A power dialer rings one number at a time. A parallel dialer rings several at once and connects the rep to the first person who answers.
| Seat | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Lines |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter + Power | 40 USD | 49 USD | 1 |
| Essential + Power | 44 USD | 54 USD | 1 |
| Expert (Power included) | 49 USD | 69 USD | 1 |
| Essential + Parallel | 68 USD | 78 USD | Up to 5 |
| Expert + Parallel | 88 USD | 108 USD | Up to 5 |

On annual billing, Expert costs only 5 USD more per seat than Essential plus Power, and you get Salesforce and live monitoring with it. On monthly billing the gap is 15 USD. Below 3 users, Essential plus Power is your only route to the dialer with integrations.
Parallel seats are assigned per agent by CloudTalk, not by your admin, and an admin who wants to dial needs one too.
What the CloudTalk seat covers and what bills to credit
A CloudTalk seat covers calls inside your calling package, and everything else bills to a prepaid credit balance shared across the account. The two work side by side from the first day.

What the US and Canada package includes
- Outbound calls to US and Canada mobiles and landlines, from any number.
- Up to 10,000 minutes per user a month under the Fair Usage Policy. That is about 450 minutes per working day.
- Internal calls and inbound calls on standard numbers.
Calls to Alaska and Hawaii are not covered. Minutes reset each month with no rollover, and each call rounds up to the full minute.
What runs on credit
- All messaging. There is no SMS bundle. Inbound SMS costs 0.008 USD per fragment, WhatsApp 0.01 USD per message. Outbound SMS rates vary by destination.
- Calls outside your package, including international destinations with no bundle.
- Forwarded calls. The forwarding leg is always billed.
- Toll-free inbound calls, at 0.03 USD a minute for US numbers.
- Minutes over the fair use limit, at 0.018 USD a minute to the US, per CloudTalk’s published rate list.
The fair use wording outbound teams should read
CloudTalk says its policy exists to prevent “auto-dialing, telemarketing-scale volume, or always-on calling”. It also sells dialers, and it lists a 10,000-minute limit per user for the Parallel add-on in the US and Canada. If you run long daily call blocks, ask in writing how dropped parallel legs count toward the limit.
Rules also apply to who you call and how: our B2B cold calling laws overview has the basics.
Hidden CloudTalk costs and contract terms
The extra CloudTalk costs sit in seats, numbers, add-ons, credit, and taxes and fees. Most are published, but across several pages.

- Every user is a paid seat. CloudTalk has no admin-only exemption, so a manager who only reads reports still costs a license.
- Phone numbers. US and Canada local numbers are 6 USD a month with no activation fee. CloudTalk does not state how many each plan includes, and local presence across area codes multiplies this line.
- Conversation Intelligence. Transcripts, summaries and call scoring are a 9 USD per user add-on on every plan, including Expert.
- Branded Caller ID. From 0.07 USD per call on US and UK numbers, so 1,000 calls cost at least 70 USD.
- Spam Remediation. Custom pricing, aimed at teams making 70+ calls a day per agent in the US.
- AI Voice Agents. From 99 USD for 200 minutes a month.
- Geographic bundles. 5 to 25 USD per user a month for more countries, on accounts with 3 or more seats.
- Taxes and fees. List prices exclude both, and they appear as separate lines on the invoice. Read CloudTalk’s US taxes and fees article and ask for a sample invoice.
- Annual lock-in. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment, billed in advance, with no refunds for unused time. By our math it saves 26% to 29%, not quite the “around 30%” on the page.
CloudTalk charges no setup or onboarding fee. Upgrades apply at once, and downgrades wait for the end of the billing period.
How much does CloudTalk cost for a 5 and 10-rep outbound team?
A 5-rep team on CloudTalk Expert pays 245 USD a month in seats on annual billing, and a 10-rep team pays 490 USD. Add caller numbers and the mobile numbers the reps dial, and the totals are 624 USD and 1,199 USD before taxes and fees.
The example: Maya Ortiz runs SDRs at Lakeshore Payroll Software in Chicago, Illinois. She picks Expert for the power dialer and Salesforce. Each rep gets 1 paid US number and works 200 new contacts with a mobile number a month (our illustrative volumes).
| Cost line (per month) | 5 reps | 10 reps |
|---|---|---|
| Expert seats, annual billing | 245 USD | 490 USD |
| Expert seats, monthly billing | 345 USD | 690 USD |
| US numbers, 1 per rep | 30 USD | 60 USD |
| Mobile numbers (200 per rep, Scalelist) | 349 USD (Scaler 10K) | 649 USD (Scaler 20K) |
| Total, Expert on annual billing | 624 USD | 1,199 USD |
| Per rep | about 125 USD | about 120 USD |

Swap in Essential plus Parallel (68 USD a seat) and the totals become 719 USD and 1,389 USD, and a parallel dialer works through a list faster than 200 contacts a rep. Not in these totals: credit, Conversation Intelligence (45 or 90 USD), Branded Caller ID, and taxes and fees.
Why the numbers line matters
CloudTalk does not sell prospect contact data. The numbers it sells, including mobile numbers, are ones you call from. Your list still decides what the seats produce.
Gong’s study of 300 million cold calls found the average rep connects on 5.4% of dials. Nooks found mobile numbers connect 45% more often than non-mobile numbers, across nearly 3 million dials.
Scalelist, an AI lead finder, charges 10 credits per mobile found and nothing on a miss. At the 87% North America phone rate from our benchmark of 8 data providers, Maya submits about 1,150 names to get 1,000 mobiles for 5 reps, or about 2,300 for 10 reps.
Scalelist has no direct CloudTalk connector. You move the list by CSV, by pushing leads to HubSpot and dialing through CloudTalk’s HubSpot integration (Essential and up), or through Zapier. Our dialer integration guide has the steps.
Build a CloudTalk call list with direct mobiles; misses cost nothing.
Get 20 credits to test itIs CloudTalk worth it?
CloudTalk is worth it for small and mid-size teams that want a phone system and a dialer on published prices, with US and Canada calling included. It is a weaker fit when texting is your main channel or you want everything in one flat fee.
CloudTalk fits you if:
- You want list prices you can budget without a sales call.
- You have 1 or 2 reps and need a dialer: there is no seat minimum on Essential.
- You want parallel dialing without a quote, at a published add-on price.
Look elsewhere if:
- Texting is core. Every message bills to credit, and Starter has no SMS.
- You need Salesforce on a tight budget, since it starts on Expert.
- You need contact data, not a phone system.
Cheaper or better-fit CloudTalk alternatives
Aircall and JustCall are the closest swaps with published prices, and Scalelist covers the data line CloudTalk leaves open. Same fields for each:
| Tool | Entry sales plan (monthly / annual) | Seat minimum | Power dialer on that plan | Supplies contact data |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CloudTalk | 69 / 49 USD per user (Expert) | 3 users | Yes | No |
| Aircall | 70 / 50 USD per license (Professional) | 3 users | Yes | No |
| JustCall | 69 / 49 USD per user (Pro) | 2 licenses | Yes | No |
| Scalelist | 29 USD for 500 credits (not a dialer) | None, no seats | Not a dialer | Yes, 10 credits per mobile found |

- Aircall: Power Dialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns start on Professional. See Aircall alternatives.
- JustCall: includes one-on-one SMS in the seat, which CloudTalk does not. See JustCall’s plans and credits.
- Scalelist: finds and verifies contact details on demand rather than serving a pre-compiled list, and works next to any of these dialers.

How to buy CloudTalk smart
The cheapest CloudTalk setup is the lowest plan your reps use every day, on a billing cycle you will keep, with credit and data budgeted as their own lines.
- Trial with your own list. The 14-day trial needs no credit card. Load 200 real contacts and count connects per hour.
- Choose by dialer. 1 or 2 reps: Essential plus Power. 3 or more: compare Expert, which is 5 USD more per seat.
- Confirm the lines in writing. Ask whether your account gets 5 or 10 parallel lines.
- Set top-up rules on day one. CloudTalk suggests a threshold that covers 14 days of usage.
- Pay annually only after the trial. On 5 Expert seats, annual saves 1,200 USD a year but commits you to 2,940 USD.
- Ask for a sample invoice. It shows the taxes and fees your billing address will carry.
- Budget the list. Reps x new contacts a month x 10 credits per mobile gives you the data line.
If an enterprise database is also on the table, compare ZoomInfo’s real cost. Scalelist plans start at 29 USD a month, and more vendor breakdowns are on the Scalelist blog.
FAQ
How much does CloudTalk cost per month?
CloudTalk pricing starts at 25 USD per user a month on Starter billed annually, or 34 USD billed monthly, as of November 2026. Essential is 29 or 39 USD and Expert is 49 or 69 USD, with a 3-user minimum on Expert. Taxes, fees, phone numbers and prepaid credit are extra, and larger teams can request a custom quote.
Which CloudTalk plan includes the power dialer?
Expert is the only CloudTalk plan with the power dialer included, at 49 USD per user a month on annual billing. On Starter and Essential it is a 15 USD per user add-on. The Parallel Dialer is a 39 USD add-on on every plan, including Expert, and it includes power mode.
Is CloudTalk calling really unlimited?
No, it has a limit. US and Canada calling is listed as unlimited but runs under a Fair Usage Policy of 10,000 minutes per user a month. Other included regions default to 3,000 minutes. Minutes above the limit bill to credit, and calls to Alaska and Hawaii are not covered by the package.
Is CloudTalk good?
Yes, for teams that want a phone system and a dialer at published prices. It covers call routing, recording, 95+ integrations and power and parallel dialing. The tradeoffs are messaging that always bills to credit, integrations that start on Essential, and Salesforce only on Expert. Test it with your own list during the 14-day trial.
How much does VoIP typically cost per month?
Business VoIP typically costs 15 to 75 USD per user a month on annual billing, according to CloudTalk’s own comparison of published plans. CloudTalk sits inside that range at 25 to 49 USD. Your real cost also depends on the countries you call, how many numbers you need and which add-ons you buy.
Does CloudTalk charge for SMS?
Yes. Messaging is not included in any CloudTalk plan and there is no SMS bundle, so every message bills to prepaid credit. Inbound SMS costs 0.008 USD per fragment and outbound rates vary by destination. SMS starts on the Essential plan, and WhatsApp, at 0.01 USD per message, is on Expert.
Does CloudTalk include numbers to call?
No. CloudTalk sells the numbers you call from, starting at 6 USD a month, but not prospect contact data. You bring the list. Scalelist, an AI lead finder, finds mobile numbers for 10 credits each, only when found, and you load them into CloudTalk by CSV, HubSpot or Zapier.
