JustCall pricing in 2026: plans, per-seat cost and what drives the bill

JustCall pricing 2026 thumbnail with the JustCall logo: per-seat plans, usage credits and the data cost of a calling seat

Contents

JustCall pricing starts at 29 USD per user a month on the Team plan billed annually, or 39 USD billed monthly, with a 2-license minimum. As of November 2026, the plan most outbound teams need is Pro (49 USD annual, 69 USD monthly), because that is where the power dialer starts.

The seat price is the easy part. The real JustCall bill also depends on what the bundle covers and what runs on prepaid credits: automated texts, answering machine detection, international calls, extra numbers and add-ons. And JustCall does not supply the numbers your reps dial. This page shows all of it, with the math for a 5-rep and a 10-rep team.

JustCall pricing at a glance (November 2026)

JustCall sells two suites: the AI Communication Suite (Team, Pro, Pro Plus, Business) and the Sales Suite (SalesPro). Prices below are for the US and Canada region, rendered from justcall.io/pricing on 2 November 2026.

JustCall pricing table: Team 39 or 29 USD, Pro 69 or 49 USD, Pro Plus 109 or 89 USD per user, Business and SalesPro by quote
Pro is the cheapest JustCall plan with a power dialer; multi-line dialing needs a SalesPro quote.

JustCall plans explained

JustCall plans step up in dialing power and AI features. Unlimited US and Canada calling, unlimited AI transcription, local numbers in 70+ countries and 100+ CRM integrations are on every priced plan.

Team: the business phone

Team is a phone system with CRM integrations, IVR, analytics and API access. It has no power dialer, so reps click each number. It fits support teams and account managers who call warm contacts one at a time.

Pro: the first plan with a power dialer

Pro adds the power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, queue callback, intelligent routing and the Salesforce CTI integration. It doubles the SMS bundle to 1,000 segments per license. For a team that runs daily call blocks, this is the realistic entry point. Our guide to power dialers explains how this mode works.

Pro Plus: AI coaching

Pro Plus adds an AI notetaker, real-time agent assist, AI call scoring, script checks, sentiment analysis and coaching comments. AI Review Assist, a 9 USD add-on on Team and Pro, is included. It fits managers who coach from call data every week.

Business and SalesPro: quote only

Business adds single sign-on, an enterprise SLA, a dedicated support line and custom calling and SMS limits, with a 10-license minimum. SalesPro is the Sales Suite plan: a predictive dialer on up to 10 lines, power and dynamic dialers, number health and voicemail automation. Both are priced only by quote.

What is a sales dialer?

A sales dialer is software that calls the numbers on a prospect list for the rep, so the rep talks instead of typing numbers. A power dialer rings one number at a time and moves on when a call ends. A predictive or parallel dialer rings several numbers at once and connects the rep to whoever answers.

On JustCall, the power dialer starts on Pro and multi-line predictive dialing is on SalesPro. For the wider family of tools, including preview and progressive modes, see our auto dialer guide.

What the JustCall bundle covers and what bills to credits

JustCall runs two balances: a monthly usage bundle that comes with the subscription, and a prepaid credit balance for everything outside it. The bundle is used first. New accounts get 5 USD of credits to start.

JustCall bundle covers US and Canada calls and one-on-one SMS; bulk texts, answering machine detection and international calls bill to credits
The seat covers one-on-one calling and texting; automation and anything outside your region runs on credits.

What the bundle includes

  • Outbound calls to mobile and landline numbers in your selected region (US/Canada on these prices).
  • Inbound calls on routes costing less than 0.02 USD a minute.
  • One-on-one SMS to numbers in your region, up to the plan allowance.
  • AI call transcription for inbound, outbound and AI voice agent calls.

Allowances are per license and pooled across the account. A 5-rep Pro team shares 5,000 one-on-one SMS segments a month. Unused minutes and segments expire at the end of each billing month.

What runs on credits

  • Bulk SMS campaigns and texts sent by workflows, CRM automations, SMS bots or the API.
  • MMS, international SMS and texts beyond the allowance.
  • International calls, premium-rate numbers, call forwards, warm transfers and 3-way calls to outside numbers.
  • Toll-free inbound calls and inbound calls on Sales Dialer numbers.
  • Answering Machine Detection in the Sales Dialer, and voicemail transcription.

The fair use clause outbound teams should read

JustCall’s fair use policy says unlimited calling is for “normal business use” and cannot be used for “large-scale calling such as call centers or telemarketing”. JustCall may limit unlimited calling if the policy is not followed. If your team runs high-volume call blocks, ask JustCall in writing which plan your volume fits: Pro, or the SalesPro plan built for “high volume outreach”.

Rules also apply to who you call and text, and how. Our B2B cold calling laws overview covers the basics.

Hidden JustCall costs and contract terms

The extra JustCall costs sit in seats, numbers, add-ons and per-use charges, and JustCall documents most of them in its help center.

Six JustCall cost drivers: seats with a 2-license minimum, credits, answering machine detection, phone numbers, add-ons and SMS Bundles
Get a number for each of these six lines before you compare a JustCall quote with another dialer.
  • Two-license minimum. No single-seat plans. A solo user on Team monthly still pays 2 x 39 = 78 USD a month, per JustCall’s own example.
  • Phone numbers. Each account gets 2 complimentary numbers (one for JustCall, one for Sales Dialer) if each costs 6 USD a month or less. Every other number is billed; annual plans get 20% off number prices.
  • Local presence bundles. Outside SalesPro: 225 USD for 50 numbers, 360 USD for 100, 650 USD for 200. On SalesPro: 150, 250 and 450 USD.
  • Add-ons charge every license. AI Review Assist is 9 USD per user a month, Group Texting 5 USD, Email Inbox 15 USD. You cannot turn them on for some users only.
  • Per-call AI features. Auto-Classify and Answering Machine Screening cost 0.009 USD per connected call outside SalesPro.
  • SMS Bundles. Prepaid texts for US and Canada numbers that also cover bulk and automated SMS: 1,500 segments for 29 USD up to 47,500 for 499 USD a month.
  • Segment math. A segment holds 160 standard characters, or 70 with a single emoji or special character. One emoji can turn a 1-segment text into 3.
  • Plan changes. Upgrades and added licenses apply at once, prorated. Downgrades take effect next cycle. Annual billing saves up to 29%.

How much does JustCall cost for a 5 and 10-rep outbound team?

A 5-rep team on JustCall Pro pays 245 USD a month in seats on annual billing, and a 10-rep team pays 490 USD. Add the mobile numbers the reps dial and the monthly total is 594 USD and 1,139 USD.

The example: Tasha Greene runs SDRs at Ridgeline HVAC Software in Denver, Colorado. Her reps need power dialing, so she picks Pro. Each rep works 200 new contacts with a mobile number a month (our illustrative volume).

Cost line (per month) 5 reps 10 reps
JustCall Pro seats, annual billing 245 USD 490 USD
JustCall Pro seats, monthly billing 345 USD 690 USD
Mobile numbers (200 per rep, Scalelist) 349 USD (Scaler 10K) 649 USD (Scaler 20K)
Total, annual JustCall billing 594 USD 1,139 USD
Per rep, annual JustCall billing about 119 USD about 114 USD
JustCall pricing for a team: 5 reps pay 245 USD in Pro seats plus 349 USD for mobiles; 10 reps pay 490 USD plus 649 USD
For an outbound team, the numbers you dial cost about as much as the JustCall seats that dial them.

Not in these totals: credits for automated texts, answering machine detection and calls outside your region, numbers beyond the 2 complimentary ones, and add-ons. AI Review Assist on Pro would add 45 USD (5 reps) or 90 USD (10 reps).

Why the numbers line matters

JustCall does not sell contact data: its pricing page lists phone, SMS, AI and integrations, and it connects to Apollo.io for data. Yet the list decides what the seats produce. Gong’s study of 300 million cold calls found the average rep connects on 5.4% of dials. Nooks found mobile numbers connect 45% more often than other numbers, across nearly 3 million dials.

Scalelist, an AI lead finder, charges 10 credits per mobile found and nothing on a miss. At the 87% North America phone rate from our benchmark, Tasha submits about 1,150 names to get 1,000 mobiles for 5 reps, or about 2,300 for 10 reps. The misses cost 0 credits, and unused credits roll over up to 2x the monthly allocation.

Scalelist has no direct JustCall connector. You move the list by CSV, by pushing leads to HubSpot and dialing from JustCall’s HubSpot integration, or through Zapier. The steps are in our dialer integration guide.

Is JustCall worth it?

JustCall is worth it for small and mid-size teams that want calling, texting and a power dialer on one published seat price, with unlimited US and Canada minutes. It is a weaker fit when most of your volume is automated texting or very high-volume dialing.

JustCall fits you if:

  • You want a list price you can budget without a sales call (Team, Pro, Pro Plus).
  • Your reps call and text one-on-one inside the US and Canada.
  • A power dialer is enough, or you are ready to get a SalesPro quote for multi-line dialing.

Look elsewhere if:

  • Your team is one person: the 2-license minimum doubles the cost.
  • Bulk and automated texts are your main channel, since they bill to credits or an SMS Bundle.
  • You need contact data, not a phone system.

Cheaper or better-fit JustCall alternatives

Aircall and Dialpad are the closest swaps with a published price, and Scalelist covers the data line JustCall leaves open. Same fields for each:

Tool Entry sales plan (monthly / annual) Seat minimum Power dialer on that plan Supplies contact data
JustCall 69 / 49 USD per user (Pro) 2 licenses Yes No
Aircall 70 / 50 USD per license (Professional) 3 users Yes No
Dialpad 49 / 39 USD per user (Sell Essentials) Not published Not stated per tier No
Scalelist 29 USD for 500 credits (not a dialer) None, no seats Not a dialer Yes, 10 credits per mobile found
JustCall pricing compared: JustCall Pro 69 or 49 USD, Aircall Professional 70 or 50 USD, Dialpad Sell 49 or 39 USD, Scalelist 29 USD for 500 credits
The three dialers price seats; none of them supplies the mobile numbers your reps call.
  • Aircall: Power Dialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns start on Professional, not Essentials. See Aircall alternatives.
  • Dialpad: local presence and voicemail drop start on Sell Advanced. Full breakdown in Dialpad’s plans and per-user cost.
  • Scalelist: finds and verifies contact details on demand rather than serving a pre-compiled list, and works next to any of these dialers.

If JustCall’s quote-only SalesPro is on your list, compare it with what Orum costs and with Kixie’s plans.

How to buy JustCall smart

The cheapest JustCall setup is the lowest plan your reps use every day, on the billing cycle you will keep, with credits and data budgeted as their own lines.

  1. Trial with your own list. The 14-day trial needs no credit card. Load 200 real contacts and count connects per hour.
  2. Pick the plan by dialer. No power dialer on Team. Multi-line dialing means a SalesPro quote.
  3. Ask about fair use in writing. Give JustCall your dials per rep per day and get the plan it says fits.
  4. Turn on Auto Top-Up. Sales Dialer calls stop at a 0 USD credit balance.
  5. Price add-ons per license. They bill every seat, so 9 USD becomes 90 USD on 10 reps.
  6. Count numbers. Two are complimentary; local presence bundles start at 225 USD outside SalesPro.
  7. Budget the list. Reps x new contacts a month x 10 credits per mobile tells you the data line before the trial ends.

If an enterprise database is also on the table, compare ZoomInfo’s real cost. Our benchmark of 8 data providers shows phone find rates by region, and Scalelist plans start at 29 USD a month. More vendor breakdowns are on the Scalelist blog.

FAQ

How much does JustCall cost per month?

JustCall costs 29 USD per user a month on the Team plan billed annually, or 39 USD billed monthly, as of November 2026. Pro is 49 or 69 USD and Pro Plus 89 or 109 USD. Business and SalesPro are quote only. Every plan needs at least 2 licenses, so the smallest JustCall bill is 58 USD a month on annual Team.

Which JustCall plan includes the power dialer?

Pro is the first JustCall plan with a power dialer, at 49 USD per user a month billed annually or 69 USD monthly. Pro Plus keeps it and adds AI coaching. Predictive dialing on up to 10 lines at once is on SalesPro, the Sales Suite plan, which JustCall prices only by quote.

Is JustCall calling really unlimited?

Mostly, inside your region. Outbound calls to US and Canada mobiles and landlines are unlimited on the priced plans, under a fair use policy that excludes trunking, PBX forwarding and “large-scale calling such as call centers or telemarketing”. International calls, premium-rate numbers and call forwards bill to prepaid credits.

Does JustCall charge for SMS?

Partly. Each plan includes one-on-one SMS to your region: 500 segments per license on Team and 1,000 on Pro and Pro Plus, pooled across the account. Bulk campaigns, workflow and CRM-triggered texts, MMS and international SMS bill to credits, or to an SMS Bundle from 29 USD for 1,500 US and Canada segments.

Does JustCall record calls?

Yes. JustCall’s call recording page says recording is included starting on the Team plan, with transcripts and AI summaries. You switch it on per phone number in its settings, so every call on that number is recorded. Pause and resume during a call needs Pro or above.

How secure is JustCall?

JustCall lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certification, GDPR support with a Data Processing Addendum, PCI DSS v4.0 and HIPAA controls on its security and compliance page. Single sign-on and enterprise-grade compliance options are on the Business plan. Ask JustCall for its reports if your security team needs them.

Does JustCall include phone numbers to call?

No. JustCall gives you numbers to call from (2 complimentary per account, more for a fee) but does not sell prospect contact data. You bring the list. Scalelist, an AI lead finder, finds mobile numbers for 10 credits each, only when found, and you load them into JustCall by CSV, HubSpot or Zapier.
